My Big box original Full Throttle for PC CD-ROM in perfect condition. I have some Lucasarts original complete in big box (Monkey Island 2 and 3, The Dig) and Day of Tentacle and Sam & Max hit the Road on a compilation disk, but Full Throttle is my must precious.
I have the complete minis serie and this is the best. The big difference between this one and the others is that in the others it's more fun to build level than to play. This one is the complete opposite.
It have the extact same look of Layton, the same kind of gameplay with the story of Da Vinci code. It's the biggest plagairism since Family guy tried to be The Simpsons.
I'm playing game since 1983 (Jumpman on C64) and this one is among my five favorites of all-time (with Day of the Tentacle, Half-life, Heroes of Might and Magic 2 and Resident Evil 4)
The free PC version is hard, ugly, and bad. Cave Story (the free PC version) is way, way better. I want to see VVVVVV on wiiware, one of the best platformer I ever play..
Well, some people seem to don't like it. For me, the best for single player is the first, and the best for multi-player is this one. They aged very well in their respective field. This serie is among my very best ever.
I have all the original Monkey Island games on pc. I want to see the first one with those new graphics . I will buy all the new tales, but I don't like the look of it (specially Guybrush). And i'm with you about Curse. Don't touch to perfection!
I play games since 1984, and I can say Spogs is the worst ever. Some game are bad, but try to be good, and they fail. This one try to be bad and succed.
World of Goo is an amazing game (the music is among the best) and it's my second favorite downloadable game, on any console. My number 1 is Pixeljunk Monster.
I'm happy to see a non japanese game appear on VC. Now, it's time to bring Flashback, Out of this world, The lost vikings, Prince of Persia, NHL 94, Super Star Wars, Maniac Mansion, The Lion King (remember the Westwood game ?) Aladin and many others.
@kelvin I mean this game is respected NOW because we know it was released on a obsolete console when it was released. At that time, nobody have interest to play it. Simply because it have nothing new to offer. And Super Mario is way more played today than this one.
I have this on a C64 emulator since some years now. I Think the fact that the game have a great review it's because it's on the C64. This game came out some years after Super Mario World. Do you think it's as good? Nope. Even Super Mario Bros, who came in 1985 in us is way ahead of this game. That said, i like it, but it was released when the machine was dead since a long time.
Defend your castle.... The biggest mystery on wiiware. I understand that a bad game like Pokemon ranch sell well, the game have a name. But defend your castle? Even at 100 pts it's a lost. It's so boring and lifeless and pointless and ugly and bad and boring and.....well.

FTL (PC), the best indie game in years. Think of it as a slow racing adventure.

I have beaten Heart of Darkness.
Re: Review: Another World (Super Nintendo)
@ Chicken Brutus:
The sequel was not made by the same people. I heard it's a very bad game.
Re: Review: Another World (Super Nintendo)
Go on GOG.com (for good old game) and you can download the 15th anniversary edition for 10 bucks. It's way better than the snes version.

@ Supermarioman
I already have played Ikaruga, but never beat it. I love it. You're right. It's hard!
Re: Review: Super Star Wars (Virtual Console / Super Nintendo)
@KeeperDvK
Yeah, yeah.....
There's no hard or normal mode in MDK 2. (on Dreamcast)
Re: Review: Super Star Wars (Virtual Console / Super Nintendo)
@supermarioman
MDK 2 Is the hardest 3D game ever made. It's by Bioware. And it's on Dreamcast. And I beat it.

Re: Review: Tales of Monkey Island: Chapter 1 (WiiWare)
The more I play and the less I care about the framerate. Very good, and they catch the spirit of Monkey Island. It's a 8.
Re: Review: Tales of Monkey Island: Chapter 1 (WiiWare)
The overall quality of the game is pretty poor. Closer to Escape than Curse. But both are better. That said, the game is ugly but fun.
Re: Review: Tales of Monkey Island: Chapter 1 (WiiWare)
I finished all the old monkey games on PC, and I plan to play the whole tales series
Re: Interviews: Tales of Monkey Island - Telltale Games

Re: Nintendo Has No European ExciteBots Plans
It's sad for them. That's an amazing arcade racing game. And there no game like it on the market. My favorite Wii game.
Re: Rampant Speculation: What's Nintendo Showing Off?
I think more of a big Donkey Kong adventure.
Re: Review: Excitebots: Trick Racing (Wii)
That's way better than Mario Kart wii for one simple reason. Sense of speed.

Incredible Maze. Of the two words in the title, only one was good: Maze. But it's better than at least 10 games in the list.
