It looks like a really fun game. i'll be supporting these guys and buying the game day one. my Wii U needs some lovin'.

Jonathan Holmes, from Dtoid, actually tweeted that he would let his job go, if it meant a female would take his place.

I called him out on it and he called me all kinds of horrible things.

There is a sickness in this society.

People are obsessed with this gender stuff. None of it has to do with equality.

It is a crime to highlight Danika Patrick when she hasn't won a race, simply because she is a woman.

Men are treated like 3rd rate humans, and many of you "males" love it and have bought into the lie. So sad.

i forgot to add....there's nothing all that innovative about Rayman Legends or Origins, but it has a great visual design that makes people not care either way how much innovation they're getting.

Nintendo innovates with visual design often, just not with this New 2D series.

Here's a little secret: There are refinements and innovations all the time. The real problem is the graphic style. NSMBU was way too "samey". If you wow'd people with a really nice looking visual design that was actually NEW, people would be happy to hop and jump around like always.

This is coming from someone that has no problem with 2D mario games, and 100% them.

im excited for the year of luigi. dark moon looks like a nintendo classic, and im happy to play 80 new levels with the green bro.
mario & luigi dream team is a surprise, i was really hoping they were working on another game like this. i love the series!

To add to that, i would never want to experience a console generation WITHOUT Nintendo. Console Gaming would be dead at that point.

I couldn't "live" with only one console per generation, so none of this means anything to me.

Some of the best looking games art-wise were on the Wii. If they had been in HD, nobody could have said much about the Wii somehow being underpowered. It was fine.

The Wii U will be capable of some lovely visuals, no doubt. Not worried at all. Never am. No idea why there is so much talk among gamers about the tech that they TRULY do not even understand....just enjoy games and PLAY them, stop deconstructing everything.

Hey 3rd party guys. If you get your games on the wii u on time, i will buy that version.

Replayed WW after my playthru's of skyward sword, but will be 100% excited to play it again late this year, especially if they add the dungeons that were cut originally.

Dmc and bayonetta has the same director, so that is why there are similarities.

Also, i guarantee you don't have the skills to master bayonetta, and you're not really an action fan.

Great News!! I loved the original, and will certainly buy Deluxe and MM2.

AC is one of those series that i really want to like and have tried to like but end up just not caring, and i am not sure why exactly. oh well.

Great news. Will love to have this game, along with the other awesome stuff coming to the 3DS next year.

I like nintendo direct. A game company can't surprise those that keep up with videogame news daily, but its nice to have them communicate in this manner.

I always find it funny when gamers flip out when there is "nothing new" on the eshop. How many games can younreally buy and play? Try finishing games once in awhile,

I don't understand why nintendo have failed to give us this NES design for a limited edition DS or 3DS, like with the gameboy advance SP.

Gamers talk constantly about how "disappointed" they are in everything, from consoles, to games, to everything under the sun.

I'd like to be on the record to state that gamers themselves are the disappointment these days. They fail to adapt, be intuitive and buck the trends of lowest common denominator thinking.

Its not the games that have failed us, it's the gamer that has failed.

I bought NSMBU, ZombiU, Sonic All-stars, and Ninja Gaiden 3 Razors Edge with my Deluxe Wii U.

its a great launch for me. don't know about anyone else.

I didn't mind the update, because i had other things to do while it got warmed up.

I think the gamepad is already way better than the wiimotes ever were.

Miiverse is a great start. They indeed could make adjustments to it, expand it, and offer more options. They could do A LOT with it, and i hope Nintendo doesn't rest on its laurels with all this potential they have with Wii U.

If Miiverse is a spam collection, then what is twitter? What is facebook?
It's all the same. At least Miiverse has a positive community feel, which is not something i can say for the rest of the internet.

I'm happy that the Wii U has SUPRISED me as much as it has...I've been buying Nintendo consoles since the beginning, and this is the first time it's really delivered MORE than what i expected. That is saying a lot.

This game exceeds expectations, and is more proof that the gamepad is comfortable for all genres.

Its weird how some will defend this guy. Disinformation and propaganda always mix in truth with lies, or will offer up criticism to more than one target so as to not seem like his only job is to troll nintendo.

Nobody in their right mind would listen to this guy. He is known for being overly negative about nintendo. He was hired to do that. Perception is reality, and if he can convince easily swayed kiddies into assuming nintendo is always doomed, then he's done his job.
