Re: Editorial: The Legend of Zelda Offers Youthful, Optimistic Adventures in a Generation of Mature Quests

@Xenocity Has most "mature"/"hardcore" gamers actually played Zelda? It might be easier then say The Witcher III, but it would be hard to call it "casual gaming". Don't even know what players mean by "hardcore" or "casual". I-for-one just play games if I hear good things about it.
@jwfurness EXACTLY what I was thinking too (about Nintendo being the Studio Ghibli of video games)!!

Re: Analyst Firm DFC Believes a 2016 Nintendo NX Launch "Would Be a Mistake"

Big_Ounce

I agree with the analyst. I don't think they should release it since there's still Wii U games coming out (assuming Nintendo is still making games for it by the end of the year). If the rumors are true and the NX is in fact a hybrid console with the portable version coming out first, that would confuse and agitate consumers for being "incomplete" and "not the whole package". I would also not release the portable first and the console next. If they did, they should have fairly close release date windows. They should probably release both around sometime next year, but this is just my opinion.

Re: Nintendo Issues Statement Clarifying How 'Petting' Will Work in Fire Emblem Fates

People are STILL ticked-off about this whole thing? If you're that mad, just use the fan translation (which takes a long time to patch the Japanese version so it's a lot easier just to play the NA version instead). I couldn't care less about petting. It does make more sense for S-supports however. I don't even care about supports TBH. I just want to play a stragety game, not a waifu-petting simulator.

Re: Talking Point: The Time is Right for a Nintendo Direct

I really hope they have unexpected announcements this year. Other than Fire Emblem, Zelda, Pokken Tournament, and Star Fox, there's no other game that I'm excited for. Hopefully Nintendo can turn that around and reveal some awesome stuff (like F-Zero, Pikmin, etc).
