Might be fun, we'll see. Doesn't matter what you think about FF games you have to appreciate the music of these games. Interesting new addition to both FF and rythm genre.
Sure I can play BD via my laptop but it'd be more convienent for me to have BD playback on a device that will be constantly connected to my display. Still, I copletely understand Nintendo and it won't affect my choice of buying Wii U.
@2 Yeah, but I guess it's because it's fully backwards compatible with Wii, and also it can use a combination of Wii U controller and Wiimotes for some multiplayer gaming. I don't think the Wii U controller itself will use sensor bar.
I wonder if there's a toslink out slot anywhere on the console? Maybe behind that cover on the front? This probably holds an SD card slot, but what else?

I wish Virtual Console would be cross-platform between 3DS and Wii. I'd prefer to play some VC games on a handheld and Final Fantasy is one of them. Maybe because how awesome GBA Final Fantasy remakes were.
Cave Story is one, but I always come back to one of my favourite games this generation "Braid" made by brilliant Jonathan Blow. Is making game all by yourself is really just a hobby. What about other guys like Jenova Chen?
Nintendo wants to work with serious indie devs but they didn't manage to release Super Meat Boy because it's too big for WiiWare. What's the problem in going over the size cap? Microsoft allowed that eventually, and now there are XBLA games that weight couple of gigs, and everyone's happy.
Nintendo should offer this Super Mario Land as a free gift to every new console buyer (inbox redemption code or something), to compensate for the delay.
Not much for me to play but might get Splinter Cell or Star Wars, depending on the review scores. And is it just me or nobody cares about Madden in Europe?
