@AlexOlney If we just take every capital letter in the message to right in the background and anagram it there isn't much, the only one that makes much sense is Make Zoned If we don't count the "O" in oh assuming it's only capped for being the first letter of the sentence we get only four, and none make sense. If we include O and the red MARL on the whiteboard to the right we get 1777, but still none of them make sense at all
Simply put, all of the final characters were characters who could've been expected from Nintendo WITHOUT the ballot. And that's what disappoints me, not the characters themselves. We wanted the ballot to manifest itself in exciting, interesting, and unexpected characters just like it promised, but instead we got characters expectable from Nintendo. It seemed like maybe they didn't even look at the ballot, they never even said if the revealed characters were the winner. In fact, it seemed like popular characters in the ballot were given the Mii costume treatment, like knuckles and tails.
Theoretically, although I admit I have little knowledge of the systems limitations, Nintendo could make 13 person brawls. It's already been announced that the game can be controlled with a 3DS, so the game pad, 4 3DS's, 4 wiimotes, and 4 GameCube controllers
