Japan will soon be playing host to The Legend of Zelda: Concert 2018 - a performance of live music from the hit series.
We've seen several concerts such as this appearing just lately, mostly taking place solely in Japan, and this one looks set to be just as special as the ones that came before it. With shows happening in both Tokyo and Osaka, each concert will contain tracks from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and a number of famous tunes from previous games, too.
There appears to be a focus on the ocarina, harp, and accordion, likely in a bid to stay true to actual performances from the games (a real-life concert from Kass and his accordion, anyone?), and the concerts will be performed by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and Japan Century Symphony Orchestra respectively.
More information on the event and tickets can be found from the official site. The shows are taking place on the 22nd and 25th November, with another on 14th December, so get involved if you're lucky enough to be in Japan at the time. Hopefully we'll see several more concerts make it over to the west, too!
Sticking with the theme, why not let us know your favourite piece of music from the Zelda series in the comments below. We might even forgive you if you don't choose Lon Lon Ranch from Ocarina of Time. Might.

Breath of the Wild probably has the one soundtrack that doesn't benefit from a full orchestra.
I wish I could listen to an orchestra playing the trailer music from BotW. It as so good I'm still frustrated it wasn't in the game.
Apart from that I'm not sure which song is best.
Nostalgia would point me towards ALTTP's boss battles or Hyrule field theme, or OOT's spirit temple boss battle (or cutscene, I can't remember).
But I think my favourite musics are from TP.
@jobvd Actually there's more orchestral music than you realise. Molduga's theme would be brilliant in orchestral form, as would a few of the ganon blight pieces.
@moltakfire
Now that you mention it, all the enemy encounters have a nice theme, including the scariest piano music of all time that killed every single new player.
The Yiga theme is awesome.
@Rhaoulos Yessss, love the Yiga theme!
I can see the Guardian theme being a connecting part in a medley of all four Divine Beast (attacking) pieces
Oh, awesome news. I'll be going on the 14th December ^^
BotW's unappreciated music will definitely be a lesson for the naysayers 😂
@moltakfire I realise perfectly fine the amount of of music fit for orchestra.
@jobvd Haha that's what we're here for
This gives me that Symphony of the Goddesses itch! I can't believe it has been almost two years already.
Deffo going to this!!
Gonna get me one of those Master Tickets! Only 12,000¥
