@rjejr: Here's a thought, it should be in game and not just an app. Why not include it in the game?

@DiscoGentleman: Just go to your friends list, and there's a list that contains all the people you've played recently. You can add them from there.

@Spoony_Tech: Ah, thanks. Like, I knew that wasn't in game; I would have seen it.

I don't care much for leader-boards though. I got first place in a time trial for Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze, but that didn't last too long. There's always someone more invested into it and at the end of the day it's just imaginary internet points.

@Spoony_Tech: What is the score on the leaderboard based on? Is this a daily amount or total amount?

@multicoloredyoshi: it's explained in more detail about 5 to 6 pages back. Its a weekly total that resets every Sunday. Its your wins and loses x10. I still don't fully understand it but look back about 6 pages.

@Undead_terror: I tried it but the ID didn't fill out by default and my custom ones kept getting an ID error.

@Spoony_Tech: Ok, I guess it's number of wins × winning percentage × 10. Kind of a peculiar calculation. No wonder couldn't figure out how I got 153.

I would say that marshmallows seem like they have a pretty good chance of winning with just how numbers are, but recent patch did change Splatfest calculation. It should be population percentage + (winning percentage x 4) now so smaller teams have a much better chance.

I've tried to enter Splatfest many times now but it keeps kicking me out after some heavy lag. And there aren't even Japanese players!

@DiscoGentleman: Nothing other than the usual devices. It's seriously never done this before. Must be the heavy traffic for Splatfest. Get it together Nintendo!

I've only played three succesful matches without getting booted out.

Got a babysitter and had a full morning of Splatfest this morning. Most my wife or me have sat down and played a game in one day in a while. It was pretty great though. Too bad we had to take turns though.

@DiscoGentleman: Go to friends list (lower left icon on Wii U menu). Press Y or touch "Users Played With" on bottom panel. Pulls up history of all players you've played recently with online.

I'm a little late to the thread. Have we already praised the new music? I hope I didn't miss that.

wow... i was JUST aboiut to post something regarding the new music tracks. Love 'm to bits, in particular the crazy piano piece. And after some initial getting used to, i like the map changes as well. They do make sense and make the matches less static
