@Alantor28
Do you like both Switch & PS4 ?
Which machine that you have MORE library games on your shopping list ?
If you want 1st party Nintendo games (Pokemon, Animal Crossing, Zelda, Mario, etc), go ahead to Switch.
PS4 Pro from i heard from my game seller was easily to get hot after several hours playing.
I have Switch and the games on Switch are mostly really matched with my taste, contrary with PS4 that i only have 3 games left.
I'm also getting a PS4 slim. I have a digital copy of Bloodborne I bought during a digital sale for like 66% off, and once I get one for Black Friday I'll be playing the hell outta Bloodborne.
Metroid, Xenoblade, EarthBound shill
I run a YouTube/Twitch channel for fun. Check me out if you want to!
Please let me know before you send me a FC request, thanks.
@Grumblevolcano I could see a Direct Mini instead of a regular Direct, with just two or three games being featured. Not sure what, though, so a true Direct in January would be better and starts 2019 off right.
@Aozz101x Oh, same as other places. Why didn't I think to try that? Thanks.
Yeah it's on my watchlist. Depends on whether or not I have something to play at that moment already. Never played something like this, so I'm not so sure whether it'll 'click'. Either way I'm happy that it arrives on Switch. Very good for the variety in the library of games.
@Octane
I'm not trying to insult, but where did you come across such a tantalizing promise about the great number of low price, on board games and expanded capability ???
Got Dragon Ball FighterZ in the mail yesterday & it's been a blast so far. The action really looks like the show come to life in a way I haven't seen before. The many cut scenes in the story mode are a delight as well, especially with characters that usually don't get much chance to co-mingle.
Also, I just saw that they gave away another Switch bundle on the Price is Right this morning, with probably the best balanced game lineup I've seen them give away thus far. Donkey Kong Country TF (skill based platformer), Captain Toad Treasure Tracker (puzzle platformer), Mario Tennis Aces (multiplayer focused arcade sports), and Octopath Traveler (big single player RPG).
@EvilLucario I have no idea what I just watched. But I need more of it.
@JaxonH Civ6 is exciting, though it's premanture to say it's Switch exclusive. @Grumblevolcano has pointed out a few times that the big XBox conference in 3 weeks should have new reveals, including keyboard and mouse support, and there's a fair chance they'll announce Civ6 for XBox with that.
Still it's only portable on Switch which is kind of the important part. It won't be talked about much though. It won't be hyped much or terribly popular. Hardcore strategy games are niche even on PC let alone consoles where they seldom exist. It's a big deal for fans and might make new fans. It'll sell probably above expectation but I doubt expectation is tremendously high. Still, I have to finish Octopath and "to my stopping point" of Souls before release day.........
@Alantor28 You can get a $60 Smash Bros. game or a $400 PS4 Pro. I mean...as a gift....one seems to have a lot more value? OTOH then you have no games and if you can't just buy Smash anyway, the hardware won't help you with getting PS4 games.
