And that they both signed up solely to discuss this [strike]bull[/strike] "rumour."
Edit: Ha, he/she/it changed it? Caught out, well done.
@Archer-bro
Look we can get the mods to check both your IP addresses. Save some time and admit that you and @Triforce_power are the same person. I also didn't see anything resembling an analysis from your only post, just conjecture based on a single boss battle. As for what is wrong with your other accounts posts, there is no evidence.
@OorWullie Yeah it was somehow set to Canada by accident, but I'm actually from Singapore. I have been to Canada and it's a nice place.
@shaneoh My analysis was about why I think it makes sense that Nintendo would be doing this from a business perspective, and also about recent trends of Nintendo games. I admit that I didn't expect to hear about this game, but when I think about it it makes sense.
But based on the information that Triforce_power gave, I can easily imagine the story he/she told happening in which his/her friend who's developing the game spilled the secret.
@-Green- Yeah that's highly likely too. I based my claim based on people on YouTube and Twitter who said they're skipping ARMS for Splatoon. Very few people ever talked about getting both or not getting Splatoon in favor of ARMS. Personally, I felt bad that it didn't get the love it deserved.

"Hurr durr, Zuldur is poopulur, Neentindough shod maek grande dollaridoos ov eet whale eets hut," is not an analysis.

Well if you "believe" that then you should know that I'm actually an Australian Prince. My billionaire uncle died leaving his money and assets to me, problem is that I need US$1000 to get the lawyer to release it all to me. If you're willing to pony up the money, I'm willing to give you US$1 billion in compensation. Think it over.
@Spoony_Tech I guess you can ignore Triforce_power. But honestly, I'm really curious to see what he/she has to post when they come back from seeing their friend again.
I'm curious to know more about the game myself. I'm going to see my friend tonight again, before he flies home tomorrow.
But if you meant me though: I actually didn't expect much attention from my post. I just wanted to share my thoughts since everyone else was doubting the idea. Or were you referring to shaneoh?

There were similar boss battles in other Zelda games. It's actually on TV Tropes, called Tennis Boss. Check-out the Action-Adventure section for examples in Zelda games.
The attention seeker craves attention? Then they shall have their fill of mockery and derision. It shall be served upon silicon platters and they will have to endure every byte.
So which galls you more, that no-one believed your fake rumour, or we were quick enough to pick up on your sock account? Seriously, this was a sad attempt at trolling.
Sigh, I miss when people actually made some effort in their trolling. For example, the "diddy kong racing NX leaker" had the decency to setup an entire blog.
Hello everyone. I'm back from my night out with my friend from Tokyo. I can see that some pages have gone by on this thread since my last post, but I don't have time to read them as I want to get to bed.
But anyway, I have some updates. I confirmed with him that the game that he's working on was actually approved by Nintendo, not just proposed to. He also mentioned to me that the title "Hyrule Breakneck Badminton" is likely to get changed. It depends on the final design of the game, as they're still working out the details of how it plays. It might be changed to something that doesn't include "badminton" or reference any specific sport, which may be misleading, as it actually combines elements of a few different sports. For example, they're considering the ability to spin the ball to change the rate at which it falls, which is a tennis technique not possible with the bird/shuttlecock in badminton.
Another idea which is being considered is a shapeshifting "ball". The character who hit's it can transform it into different forms which move differently. They're trying to design mechanics so that players can hit the ball in a way that directs it towards the opponent while making it harder for them to hit it back.
I also asked him about the setting. Is it presented as a "Hylian sport", or is it presented as some sort of battle in-universe, or is it just unexplained (as in Mario Kart or Smash Bros). He said that that part has not been decided yet.
Just watched a trailer for Syberia on the Eshop,it comes out next month.Looks just like the kind of game I'll love.Reminds me of Broken Sword - Shadow of the Templars, which is still to this day the only game I've ever completed on a PC.

I'm fairly certain you mean that you've already read them and responded with your sock. It's sad, you've been caught out, but you still won't give up. Or is it hilarious? No, wait, it's hilarious because it's sad.
Meanwhile, there is an Atelier game coming to the Switch. Atelier Liddy & Soeur: Alchemists of the Mysterious Painting is coming out in Japan this winter.

I never had any Syberia game, but I was pleasantly suprised when I saw it was the first game that is coming to Switch next month.
I'm glad the publisher is remaking 1 & 2 for Switch before relasing the brandnew Syberia 3 on it.
Syberia 1 and 2 are adventure classics with a very unique atmosphere.
If one likes point and click games, then they are worth a look.
I haven't played 3 yet. Haven't read too many positive things about it. Most likely the weakest of the three.
