Graceful Explosion Machine has just received a 30% discount,at least in the UK it has.I was about to buy it last night off the US Eshop but ended up getting distracted.Hopefully when Reggie wakes up and makes Severed and Sine Mora available,he'll hit the discount button for GEM too.
@Grumblevolcano 2015 already seems like ages ago! It already gives me nostalgia thinking of the cringy dialogue and Miniwheat, plus the epic Mario Maker final round.

People, if you have any slight love for arcade-style space shooters, BUY Graceful Explosion Machine. It's awesome.
Icons: Combat Arena would be the infamous one, and indeed the real carbon copy. Perfectly respectable Smash clones, like Brawlhalla and Rivals of Aether, do exist. Not sure how well-regarded Brawlout is, though. All I know is that frog dude was broken in an early build.
I agree with @OorWullie . It looks good. Especially the Ike+Marth clone
Nonetheless Nintendo will obviously expect us to be content with Brawlout and Pokken for the next 1.5 years or so until they announce Smash is in development and release it in 2019 after many delays. Sigh
@NintendoPete It's not like it would cut into Smash's sales anyway.
@Octane Yeah, with all of the indie games that are transitioning over the Switch, I'm surprised we haven't heard about HLD yet. I'm still interested in playing it!

@Ralizah It's amazing. One of the better games I've played last year. It's difficult, there's exploration, it looks good, music is amazing (I think it was from the same guy that did the music for Fez). It's like a top-down Metroidvania if that makes any sense.
Does it have a roster full of indie characters like the Hyper Light Drifter or is it all new charactwrs with one guest star?

Capcom continues to impress with their carelessness, Mega Man 7 in Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 (the game not seeming to be coming to Nintendo platforms) features "Licensed by Nintendo".
@antster1983 Brawlout has came a looong way since I last saw it. Regardless, looks rigid still. Like I don't feel like Brawlout will sate the Smash thirst as much as people want it to.
