@Haru17 The Rito "questline", if you can even call it that, was definitely the most disappointing one. Rito Village itself wasn't memorable at all IMO. Basically just (spoilers for those who don't know what it looks like yet) a big rock with a staircase around it and little huts sticking out from the sides. It definitely felt like they didn't have enough time or something and just shoehorned in that whole part of the game. I'm just glad I didn't do it last. Better to just get it out of the way and enjoy the other questlines, particularly the Zora and Gerudo ones, although the Goron one wasn't terrible.

I actually like the Rito storyline. Also liked how they did the 2 shrine quest linked to that area.

@NEStalgia I've actually enjoyed hunting Lynels because of the challenge they bring. You can just stock up on ancient arrows and its a one hit kill.

Spoony_Tech

@CosmicLight Wait, I assumed those only one hit guardians?

@Spoony_Tech Nope, it kills everything in one hit that isn't a boss. Lynel's don't count as bosses, even silver ones. Try it out.

@CosmicLight Thanks, I was saving those for guardians but they're easy now so now I know what I'll use them for.

@Spoony_Tech @NEStalgia Never mind, I forgot ancient arrows don't yield drops. And he's trying to get drops to upgrade the armor. But they are a one hit kill, even for silver lynels. You could try it for fun.

That explains why I didn't get anything from a guardian. Didn't know they didn't yield drops.

MasterWario

@Spoony_Tech Most enemies don't drop anything when you ancient arrow them, but guardians should yield drops when you blow up one with an ancient arrow...at least, my guardians drops items. Did you hit the guardian in the eye?

I would have never guessed Weezing was so useful until I played a HeartGold Nuzlocke!

CosmicLight

@Spoony_Tech Yup what MasterWario said. Thats only true for organic enemies, everything evaporates with it, mechanical ones should give you parts. A one hit kill in the eye, guardians will drop parts.

CosmicLight

LzWinky

You have to shoot the eyes on Guardians, but they still drop stuff

If you use Ancient arrows on any regular enemy, they disappear and drop nothing.

@Haru17 They both were northeast of Lanayru Wetlands,

On the southeast cliffside of Death Mountain: Shadow Hamlet Ruins, just a meteor pyromagus there.
And the Akkala Bridge Ruins southwest of Akkala Tower. I think I just climbed that Tower and never approached it from the side with the bridge.

@SKTTR Yeah, I had to look up the Shadow Hamlet to realize it existed. It's weird because there are also ruins on the north east slope of Death Mountain with a wizzrobe, but those ones don't have a name for some reason.

Don't hate me because I'm bnahabulous.

SKTTR

@Haru17 Those other ruins with no name hide a Korok Seed.
