@NEStalgia I expected there to be more in castle town but it's only there to serve as a barrier and final challenge before you go into the castle. Most of the interesting stuff is in the castle itself.

@Haru17 Is it possible to get another set of the Barbarian armor? I think if you sell them, you loose them, since they were treasure chest rewards.

Trying to upgrade my fav armors to the max now, got the Hylian tunic set done, so anyone really use Wolf Lonk? used him when I went hunting Bokoblins and he went in and did the job like a champ!, even with max hearts, it's alright he didn't die this time.

@Eric258 Yeah that surprised me, I saw it on the map and thought there would be all kinds of interesting bits there. It was just flattened ruins for the most part. In a story sense it makes sense.

Not interested in going into the castle for a good long while though. And if I find good gear I can't fit it anyway. Saving that for after I've done everything else in the game.

This half wolf, half man character, you summon him to be bait, he wonders around and wimpers, he sings intense Kpop music that attracts, but he can also leave a odor at times which can repluse monsters, including Link.

Now to grind for even harder monsters.

@NEStalgia Just a thing to note is that a few side quests require you to go into hyrule castle

@Eric258 Yeah I've picked up one or two of those along with the memory location. I figure I'll do that all at the end, when I go into the castle I'll go out to complete the quests once I deal with those things, and then back in to wrap up. It just seems wrong to charge into the castle, then go back out and play as though you haven't walked into the lair of evil itself

Octane

@Tsurii Yeah, you can pretty much everything apart from the Champion's Tunic. You can sell the snow and sand boots as well, just tested it.

Octane

Maxz

@Octane Yeah, you can buy an awful lot of stuff (for an awful lot of money) from a certain son of a certain mad professor and his certainly less mad wife.

I believe you can only pay up once he's settled down though, and to do that he needs a house to live in.

In fact, I think I completed the Rubber and Barbarian sets by buying the missing pieces, only to later discover them ingame in through normal play, meaning I had two pairs of barbaric trousers and a few other duplicates. Which I then sold (for a fraction of the price I bought them for).

I haven't confirmed it, but between this dealer and the standard shops, I'm pretty sure you can buy any sellable item of clothing, with unbuyable items (Zora, Champion's Tunic, etc.) also being unsellable.

So you can sleep easy.

@Maxz Ah right, I remember that individual, he sells the set as well. Awesome, I really need the rupees to get the last Great Fairy.

Octane

Maxz

@Octane Oh man, yeah, her services don't come cheap. My gut was so checked after I managed to stump up enough cash to get her to to come out of her flowery shell. Worth it though.

Just hunting the strongest Lynels and one after another getting the strongest weapons in the game, already got like the best armor in the game upgraded to the max.

I don't think she's specifically the last, just the one in Gerudo, right? But yeah, she was my favorite, how she greets Link with 'Savaaaaaaq!' and everything

Don't hate me because I'm bnahabulous.

Haru17

I just realized that not all of the town NPCs in Zelda are named. There are many more unnamed Koroks than unnamed guards in Ocarina, haha.

I'm way behind most people because I can only play about 30 minutes a day, but I am loving every minute of it. Just bought a Pro Controller for my Switch and get to try it out tonight. I kept on accidentally crouching/squatting in battle. I am hoping this new controller helps.

Also ran in to my first Lynel. I was running along when I saw a cool creature far off. It all of a sudden had a question mark above it's head. Next thing I know it shot an arrow or something and I was instantly dead.

I think I found a glitch too. I was in one of the first map areas of the game when a huge flying dragon thing showed up in the sky. Is this a glitch or something that should have happened? It went behind a mountain really fast that I couldn't climb fast enough.

[Edited by JohnBlackstar]

JohnBlackstar

Nicolai

@JohnBlackstar definitely not a glitch. Come to think of it, I haven't really across anything I can concretely say is a glitch by accident. That's a first for any open-world game I've played.

Just finished combing Hyrule Castle. I found a lot of interesting things, but nothing I would consider important story or lore, expect perhaps the one book in Zelda's study. Am I missing anything?

Got married.

@Nicolaison Thanks for the response. Now I'm kinda scared what that was. I thought it was a glitch because all I saw was the tail and I thought it was some glitch with the long flags that were casting shadows nearby. It had been a region I had traveled many times before.

Eel

So I was watching vinesauce streaming this earlier, and he got a rather random glitch.

While he was enjoying a bit of screen-freezing combat with a moblin... Out of nowhere, a korok went all Yahaha!

He got so confused that he went to investigate...

Turns out it was one of those boulder rolling puzzles, the thing is that it happened rather far from him, at the other side of a mountain, and with no input from him, the korok found itself hah!

@Nicolaison There's another thing you can find that's also pretty interesting. If want a hint of where to find it, it's in the library

Further hint if you can't find it use magnesis in the library, you can see that some bookshelves can be moved.
