Actually, I've mostly played with NintendoLife users during evenings and late nights.
Didn't even realize that we were mostly EU players.
But if we won't find anyone, I'll probably take a break to finish my meal. And then get right back into playing Splatoon 2. I love this game! 😍

Personally, I never played shooters that much before and the only games I occasionally played before Splatoon online were Mario Kart Wii, Mario Kart 8 and Pro Evolution Soccer. But I was never really into online gaming. Until this game came around.
It's really so much fun, such a lovely game - most people who touch it can't get enough anymore. ^^
No you can play with players from around the world (e.g. I just played with Nintendo Life users from the Netherlands, UK and US) if they are in your friends list and you join them/create a room together. The only thing is that in the random regular and random ranked mode, you'll get matched with regional players.
This was different in Splatoon 1 though, it had worldwide matchmaking.
Hopefully they'll add another option to choose between regional and global like in Mario Kart.
@shani I have my Wii U and still play it regularly but I guess I'm just looking for a reason to get Switch already so Splatoon 1 is not an option

Why is it so crazy difficult to join friends? It always says "friend" can't be joined...
I'm having a blast with Splatoon 2 but I can't figure this out...
The N-Zap 85 proved to be very useful, I'm a big fan of the Ink Armour now
I also got splatted a few times by Tenta Missiles, so that makes me a bit more optimistic to play with the Squelchers
Basically, it seems like I'm going back to my three mains from the first game: N-Zap, Dual Squelcher, Jet Squelcher - while also keeping my alts: Splattershot Pro and Nozzlenose
Playing in a League Squad was so much more fun than in random ranked! It makes such a difference to know the people you play with are not clueless
By the way, regarding League Battles: Does anyone know what Calibration complete and Unconfirmed Record are supposed to indicate?
I also realized that the game is keeping the record of our League Squad, which probably means that if we play in the same constellation again, we could improve our record and get a team rank! @Spanjard@Nicolai@BLP_Software
@otterskateboard Really? I had no such problems so far. Unless you're < lvl10 and trying to join someone who's playing in ranked, I don't know what could cause that.
