We did. In ZX.
We never get real specifications. Do not tell me that the biometals are made from them, since they died. From all we know, Girouette could have been Zero (I kid you not, read the stuff he says). Model W was the only one created from the residual memories of Weil. The other Biometals were created through artificial means, which may or may not have been from Zero's dead body. Zero's fate is never mentionned in ZX, nor does it mentions Ciel ever finding him. The storytelling could have been much better.
