Humberto Ramos's spiderman work is godly. I think the spider-man line as a whole has this really nice cartoonish yet realistic style going up. fits the kinetcic fast paced style of the characters.
so this week I'm picking up Batman #5 Wonder Woman #2 Wonder Woman #3 Wonder Woman #4
also i just noticed that not all of marvel's books are day and date digital. cant find scarlet spider,daredevil, or punished in the store.

@Shingi, You're so very right! Humberto Ramos has the best Spider Man comics on the planet. I love how he combines the stylized with the realistic; he has a nice balance going on there. I had never seen anyone quite like Humberto Ramos before and so when I discovered his comics I was tremendously impressed.
Since you mentioned Wonder Woman I'm definitely going to look for the rest when I head to the comic store this week as I've only read the first first WW issue of the New 52. I need to pick up The Flash #1 as well.

To answer an earlier question, I believe Amazing Spidey is usually like 3 ishs every two months (no longer twice monthly). Same with Avengers Academy.
As far as Hawkeye's new-ish look, that's a recent development (btw, right now he's currently starring in the Avengers Solo miniseries, which is good if you're a Hawkeye fan, which i assuredly am) — i expect they decided to streamline his look to match him up more with how he'll look in the upcoming Avengers flick.
On other Spidey fronts, i haven't read any of the new Ultimate Spidey book — not really b/c they killed of Peter, but just because i was looking to drop a few titles, and that was an obvious stopping point (did the same with my much-beloved Jonah Hex when they rebooted that into All-Star Western — i prefer Jonah having little-to-nothing to do with the DCU, and i don't want to read Jonah stories that in any way involve Arkham — even though i did ironically enjoy his brief appearance in the Return of Bruce Wayne mini).
Not to go off topic but seeing as GI Joe has an extensive array of comics I wanted to ask if anyone knows what's going on with GI Joe Renegades. At first I was afraid to get involved but after watching the first three episodes of GI Joe Renegades I'm totally hooked and I was wondering what is going on with season 2. I mean the show is really neat and I like what I've seen so far. So has GI Joe Renegades been cancelled or will there be more?

GI Joe Renegades (which i enjoyed, at least the episodes i watched) is technically "on hiatus" last i recall. Which means it isn't officially cancelled, but it certainly isn't promising. It could return, but as far as i know, no new episodes have yet been produced.
The Avengers cartoon (i assume you mean Earth's Mightiest Heroes) — which is one of the best, if not the flat-out best, animated version of Avengers — was delayed into this year (2012); i think this Spring it should return.
The Avenger's Earth's Mightiest Heroes will resume airing on the new Marvel Universe programming block coming to Disney XD in April of 2012 which will be centerpieced by the new Ultimate Spider Man show. Similarly, Young Justice will also resume airing on Cartoon Network with the official launch of DC Nation and Green Lantern in March. Strangely, Marvel Super Hero Squad is moving over to Hasbro's The Hub.

started going through avengers again. its like an animated comicbook. the story arcs transfer well and. the revolving cast is great. i hope when spiderman gets in he's a teenager.

It's official. The new logo from DC Comics actually looks really neat now that it is alive with color representing the various Heroes from DC Universe.
I wonder how much longer it will be before the new logo will be printed on the comics? Or will they wait to put the logo into action alongside the launch of DC Nation on Cartoon Network?
