@Tyranexx Yeah...we have no choice but to put up with the dog laughing at us for screwing up. At least there were flash games that let us shoot that dang dog. lol
I started to really get into Sonic when Sonic Adventure 2 Battle came out on the GameCube. The only consoles I had were from Nintendo at the time (besides the PS2, my first non-Nintendo console), so it was pretty exciting to see a Sega game, of all things, come to a Nintendo platform. So I enjoyed that, along with the other Sonic games that came out on the GameCube (well, except Shadow the Hedgehog...). I can see your point on Sonic 2's later levels, they are just a tad slower than say, Emerald Hill or Chemical Plant. Metropolis, on the other hand...my goodness, that zone is brutal. Though I used to get stuck in Wing Fortress when I first made it that far.
@MarioLover92
I think for next Mario Kart, it needs more character customization, vehicle customization from body until the tires, customable tracks like Modnation Racers PS3, allow us to import our MP3 to be played during the race (imagine playing Mario Kart with Eurobeat song like Initial D).
Too bad, Modnation Racers was being overshadowed by Mario Kart dominance despite i saw a big potential from Modnation. I have Modnation Racers PS3 but i rarely play due to not really comfortable to drive by holding R button to gas instead of Circle button.
@Anti-Matter Besides more characters, I'd like to unlock additional costumes for them (like the ones seen in Mario Kart Tour). It'd be pretty cool to play as Fire Mario, even if it's cosmetic only. I don't think further customization for karts is that great of an idea though, it might be too overwhelming for some players. The kart customization in Mario Kart 7 and 8 are good enough IMO, just have brand new bodies, tires, and gliders for the next game. I'll also disagree with you on your custom track idea. It already gets crazy with how much items are being fired/deployed during races, and on top of that, we'd have to learn those custom-made tracks too. Plus what if someone's custom track turns out to be crummy? The custom tracks might work out for a potential Mario Kart Maker game though, if Nintendo ever makes that. As for your last idea, I doubt they'd ever have MP3 files playing during races, but I think it would be really cool to have unlockable music tracks from previous Mario Kart games, just like how Super Smash Bros. has that feature with its stages.

The last piece is here! My new keyboard came in the mail today. A real nice mechanical keyboard. Man, I know I am old fashioned. Everyone these days is moving toward these tiny little membrane keyboards with no play on the keys, or even just... touchscreen keyboards on tablet PCs. No thank you! Give me my buttons! I like my controllers and keyboards! Call me old fashioned all you want, I like buttons and analogue sticks!
@Tyranexx 15,134 as of typing this. And yes, I have it set to rotate every minute. I just save anything I like into my wallpaper folder. Mostly anime girls, sci-fi stuff and the occasional meme. And I think there's a handful of porno images that I saved while drunk. lol #noshame
@WoomyNNYes MK7? Man, I haven't touched that in years. But I was playing MK8DX with my cousin on Friday.

@Heavyarms55 Yeah, I saw that. I figured you were playing with family. My niece just likes to pick characters to hear their catch phrases, cancel, reselect, cancel, select another character, and repeat
Regarding what you've played, do you have a couple sentences to say about Crysis? (Typing while watching Digital Foundry Crysis Switch modding/overclocking)
@Heavyarms55 You and me both! For gaming especially, I prefer actual buttons, keys, and analog sticks way over those touch buttons some mobile games provide. Even for just browsing the web, I much prefer using a computer over a phone. It's kinda how I grew up too, I've used PCs for years so I know my way around them.
Speaking of Mario Kart, I also played MK8D this weekend. I just finished the tournaments that Nintendo hosted for the NA region.

@MarioLover92 I need to hunt down one of those flash games sometime. It isn't as good as the real thing of course, but I need to relieve some grievances with that crazy dog....
Other than the two Sonic games I've already mentioned, I haven't really delved into the series. I skipped the first Sonic The Hedgehog as I'd heard 2 was better in many ways; I figured that would be the one to sell me on the series. While I did like the game, it wasn't quite enough to turn me into a big fan. I do feel like I should give more of the games a shot when the time comes. Heck, I'd even briefly try Sonic '06 just to see why it's so infamous. XD
@Heavyarms55 That's definitely more images than what I'd ever use for backgrounds for at least the next ten years. XD I also use rotating images via themes I create or borrow from the interwebs, but never quite that amount.
Kudos on the mechanical keyboard! I picked up a fairly decent MSI keyboard at a Micro Center about a month before quarantine hit. That helped to make my stint of working from home a LOT easier.
Also, in case I haven't thanked you already....Thanks for the links on the Colony 6 reconstruction in XC. That really saved me some time and sanity lol. I fully completed everything, even going so far as to collect those rare elemental drops. Dang those things are annoying.
Currently playing: Pokemon Scarlet DLC, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury (Switch)
@Anti-Matter Oreo McFlurry sounds good. Id like to try that green ice cream cone.
@NintendoByNature hmm... Im not aware the nintendo site has nes manuals. My gut says they don't. I downloaded some scans of nes game manuals way back. Used to have sites bookmarked. Some people had sites with a list of games and link to their scanned manuals. But i think it was like multiple manual pages in poster form. Which doesn't sound like what you're looking for.
I'd go look at what I have, but my pc died today. Fails to boot up. Power supply or something.
@WoomyNNYes The top 8 players in each tournament would get 2,500 gold coins for My Nintendo. I wasn't one of those people. XD
@Tyranexx I see. And yes I do like Sonic 2 a lot more than Sonic 1, it has an even better sense of speed. Sonic 1 is a very good start for the series, but some of the zones just drag (namely the Marble and Labyrinth zones). So I probably wouldn't recommend it to you.
@NintendoByNatureRight here. You could go up to the game you want, click "Printed Manual," and then you could print it. This applies to all the games that are on the NES Classic, if that helps.
