Most of my site issues are brief when they do happen. Typically they're bad gateway errors or the occasional odd post issue as well. The latter typically seem to be from connection or rendering issues with large comment sections.

I just read a news story about a dude who apparently gathered 99 smartphones together in Berlin in a wagon and used them to trick Google maps into thinking there was a major traffic jam.
It was Yahoo News, so probably BS or heavily inaccurate, but honestly just the idea is hilarious to me. XD

Ironically, this Atari flashback thingy is the only novelty Pacman player I've bought so far that comes with the possibility of saving your highscore (via the built in saving function). Every other one I own loses the highscore when you turn it off.
Interestingly, saving is disabled in Frogger. Which is a shame, due to the highscore thing.
I'm curious with Wonderful 101.
Is that Pikmin style game ? 😕
What makes that game fun with just Pikmin style crowded citizens , locked camera angle and isometric places ?
Still don't understand the objectives and what factor made that game addictive.
@Tyranexx My bad, I suppose?
I honestly wouldn't have known you'd be interested in a Dutch bakery, otherwise I would have mentioned it earlier. It came up in the news the other day, because of the pre-elections and stuff. I'll put up a clip of it, if I can find one, but if not, make note of these three things: stroopwafels, bokkepootjes (goat legs) and krentenbollen (Dutch raisin buns). Can't get more Dutch than that...
@Eel Well, it sure sounds decent enough, and speaking of sounds: in these simple games, the sound being a bit tinny or low quality, as is often the case with AtGames consoles, isn't really an issue.
Anyway, if it's all real Atari games, then I've got a list of personal recommendations for you, foregoing the ones you already mentioned, not particularly focusing on the known titles and ranging from really good to just fun to play (in no particular order, though, and assuming that all the games are Atari 2600 titles, because I don't know any other Atari (console) games, other than the 16-bit Atari ST home computer games, which came out much later, obviously):
If you have any questions about how these games work, or what to do in them, don't hesitate to ask.
P.S.
Since when does posting pictures on here cause site hiccups? Never heard of that before, and I've posted plenty of pictures, AND videos. On the other hand: this site could definitely do with less Anti-Matter selfies. I'm not much of a self-glorifier, so I don't really understand the need for people to plaster themselves and their ugly mugs all over the internet. (edit: or maybe I'm just too old to understand the Insta-generation... )
@Link-Hero Exactly. Exactly this. But he'll never understand, unfortunately.
@bimmy-lee Ah, I see. Yeah, old lines and drains can be a pain in the backside, especially if you have nothing else to replace them with, or if it's just too much work or too much money to do so, in which case you've simply gotta make do with what you have.
And yes, I saw the half time show. Not entirely, but large parts of it, because it was on just about every news item or talk show, so we couldn't escape it if we wanted to. Crazy to think that both these ladies are already way past 40 and still look and move that good. And the singing wasn't too bad either, although apparently, parts of it were playbacked, or to popularize it, "Britneyed"...
@Heavyarms55 Yep, I also experienced some minor issues yesterday, but they seem to have sorted it out pretty quickly, whatever it was.
@Anti-Matter The Wonderful 101 doesn't have "Pikmin style" game play. It is squad based, but so are a lot of other games, and none of them are even remotely similar to Pikmin. All these games do share some similarities, mostly real time strategy features, but The Wonderful 101 is more like an action adventure with strategy elements, whereas Pikmin is more of a real time strategy game with action adventure elements, so the exact opposite.
What makes The Wonderful 101 fun to play, is the inventive ways in which you can and have to navigate the levels, and the sometimes insanely entertaining boss fights. Well, if you like that sort of thing, obviously. But it's a relatively friendly game, so there shouldn't be any problem for you to play it. If you still have a Wii U lying around, there's a free demo that you can download, to try it out.
P.S.
"Wanna see?"
Erm, no. No, not really, thanks. Next time, if you ask a question, perhaps you might first want to wait for people to actually reply before you post the video that you're asking them about...
(joke, so no need to respond)
@ThanosReXXX Thanks for the link! Looks like one of the locations I briefly searched yesterday was the correct one. I wasn't upset about it not being mentioned before BTW.
I absolutely love baked goods, but I don't try to indulge in them too often outside of holidays. There's a reason I stay away from bakery sections in a couple of local stores. I know I'd be bringing home a donut, cinnamon rolls, or some other type of pastry lol.

@ThanosReXXX yeah I haven't noticed any sound issues, beyond the usual Atari quality. But I'm not an Atari expert so maybe it could sound off to some people.
Some of those games are already on the thing I think, thanks for the recommendations. I actually found a video review that has a link to download a bundle of games, which I plan to add once I get back home and find an SD card.
Maybe that homebrew you mention will be in that pack.
@Tyranexx You're welcome. Hope you enjoy the trip and the bakery goods once you get to it.
@Eel You're welcome as well. I don't think Scramble will be in an Atari 2600 games pack, seeing as it isn't an official Atari game but homebrew. However, it is definitely worth trying out if you like side-scrolling shooters, because it has been rewarded the label of "best homebrew title" on the Atari 2600, and it's fun to play, albeit pretty hectic, and none too easy, like most classic games.
P.S.
Please don't blame the messenger if you happen to die a lot in H.E.R.O. and the Pitfall games...
Although good games, these can also be the most frustrating games of the entire Atari catalog, mainly due to the hardware limits and level design, meaning you might walk out of the screen your in, straight into a trap, so memorizing the layouts is key there.

@Eel Ah, okay, so Scramble might be in there after all. Do take note though, that the page I linked to, is the actual page of the developer, on which you can get the final, finished version. A lot of compilations and/or third party uploads do often have beta or earlier versions of these games.
Oh, and now that you've mentioned that it's a homebrew pack, you might perhaps find that there's a game in there called "Custer's Revenge". You do NOT want to be playing that, other than perhaps showing it to some friends for comedic value. It's an X-rated game about general Custer taking "revenge" on the native Americans, by sneaking around their camps, avoiding detection, and literally... erm... screwing their women. Even for pixel art, it's quite graphic in nature, so you wouldn't want any parent or sibling accidentally looking over your shoulder while that is displayed on the screen.
And besides the sex ingredient, it will nowadays probably be seen as considerably racist as well...
As for Pac-Man: there's actually two official Pac-Man games on the Atari 2600, because there was also a Ms. Pac-Man game, but the difference is mostly in levels, because the gameplay is obviously pretty much the same in both games.
@Eel doesn't even look all that different from the original. Sounds are pretty accurate as well. Also good to see that the person who uploaded that gameplay video is actually good at playing the game. That seems to be a bit of a rarity these days. More often than not, people are either talking too much throughout the video, not paying enough attention to the game itself, or playing with one hand or whatever, producing some of the most cringe-worthy results at times...
