I’ve just tuned back into the NFL after some pretty decisive wins for the Saints. Looking forward to the playoffs.

Some may call that “fair weather fandom”, but so be it.

@Tyranexx - Oof, the fur shed! Definitely a strange, memorable smell as well as a house of horrors. A fur shed room would make a great addition to your haunted attraction. Maybe they’re skinning more than animals at this particular shed.

@NotTelevision - It was a nice night. We ended up getting into the bourbon, which was a predetermined outcome the moment I purchased the bottle. In my opinion, as long as you’re enjoying the games, your level of fandom is irrelevant. One of those decisive wins (on Monday) was against my Colts, which continued a long streak of us getting dominated by the Saints; going all the way back to the onside kick in the Super Bowl 10 years ago. This latest embarrassment not only eliminated out slim playoff hopes, but Brees also passed Manning’s career TD mark and set a single game completion percentage record. Triple daggers. My heart is a frozen ice cave of misery concerning the Saints team, but I’m good with fans of all teams.

@NintendoByNature Same. Other than franchises I'm familiar with, I do occasionally experiment with different genres/game. They have to be pretty highly rated usually. I definitely do my homework lol.

@bimmy-lee Hmm, not a bad idea! We had a chain room and a "sewing" room this past year. Combining the two would make an interesting experiment.

I typically stayed away from it. Hated the smell.

I guess my calendars 2020 will be finished after 1 January 2020 after i have observed some of my Animal boxers completion. 😩
Here i go again, late for three times (2017, 2019, 2020) 😖
I promise i will not late again for Calendars 2021.
My plans for 2021 will be Avian Kickboxers and Ice Skateboxers. I have to design them early January 2020 to avoid Home Alone Rush again.

@bimmy-lee Ohh boy. Sorry wasn’t trying to rub any salt on the wound. Not that kind of guy, especially with sports where I never been interested in “oneupmanship” or whatever you want to call it.

The great irony is that other than Brees, Peyton Manning is probably the most respected recent athlete in the New Orleans area. His father was obviously a celebrated quarterback for the Saints, and Peyton was always seen as a hometown hero to many. My Dad met Peyton and Eli several times because of their contributions to local businesses and charities. So the Colts were always NOLA’s “back up” team, if the Saints lost in the playoffs. At least at that time when Manning was QB.

Of course, it’s easy for fans to be more supportive when that team didn’t beat you in the Super Bowl. 😅

I don’t actually know what happened to the Saints. It’s perhaps over-compensation for all the years of sucking so bad.

So that’s my screed on not hating on the Saints too much. I know you said you didn’t, but I thought I’d put in a kind word from our sponsors anyway.

@Anti-Matter - Nobody needs the Home Alone rush. You have to start 2021 early, and try to work steadily on it through the year. Ice skateboxing sounds incredible. It’s the best part of hockey without all the hassle of the game. Just two people fighting on ice while balancing on blades. Have you heard of chessboxing? It’s chess plus boxing.

@NotTelevision - No salt rubbed at all my friend. I hate the Saints, not Saints fans. I watched the first game back in the dome post Katrina (the Steve Gleason game) and cheered for NO like crazy. That’s the year Payton and Brees joined and everything turned around for the franchise after being really bad for decades. I’ve always been happy for the fans. Probably also helped out that 18 was your hometown kid with an unusually large noggin from a famous family.

I generally use adblockers on most sites but I do not on NL because the admins here are decent enough to interact with the mob and talk to us - so I think they deserve the ad revenue.

That said, I find it silly that I regularly see ads for non-Nintendo games on this site.

Maybe those kinds of ads are hinting at a Switch port, because those games would be PERFECT for the Switch™

@Tyranexx Well, whatever you end up doing with the game, I'm pretty sure you'll like it, because it's a great game regardless. The Westernization of it is really the only niggle I have with it. I don't care much about the censored lady chests, but taking an axe to an integral story and replacing it with something completely Western and meainingless is another thing altogether...

@Zuljaras Ah, yes. The holidays will definitely add some extra time to any overseas delivery.

@Heavyarms55 Yeah, that's the downside of having ad trackers and such, depending on what sites you've visited, it can feature all kinds of games and things. Doesn't even have to be game-related, let alone Nintendo-related.

Have you noticed that you seem to have a fan/stalker/groupie? There's this new person on here, by name of HeavyArmsSS. At first I thought it was you adopting a slightly different name for yourself, but then I saw you making comments with your regular avatar name in several article threads, so apparently it wasn't you. Unless you're pulling all of our legs, of course...

@NintendoByNature Well, I don't know in what position you were to end up with that result, but if you just sit at a table, then nothing bad will happen to your back while wrapping gifts.

Unless of course, the gifts were too big to put on a table...

But erm... are these other videos still around? I'd be interested to see more of them, also to see the skill improve, if it has.

@ThanosReXXX For the stop motion animation sadly no. I wanted to get a camera that can focus both near-front and background to make some first person stop motion but never got to that part.

This is one of my old plasticine only figures from my World of Warcraft days. I remember I destroyed it after the photos So I decided to make stop-motion with it.

Now I am focused more on my game, drawing(primarily for the game) and polymer sculpting

But who knows
