I usually only buy them new, I feel better getting DS games used than disc based games, but usually only get used games if the new game is no longer in print and the price is way too high.

I normally get the good games new such as Mario Kart and Legend of Zelda. I get used games when 1.) the good games are only available used and not new...or 2.) the price of those good games are significantly lower than the price of it new.
I mostly buy new games. If I can't find a new copy of a game I really want, I will buy it used. It doesn't really bug me, unless it's a glitchy cartridge or a scratchy disk.
used generally. i like a good deal so if i can wait to get them cheap i usually do. I will buy new generally if there is a buy 2 get 1 free deal or buy 1 get one half off.
I almost always buy games new. I only buy games used when they're old and no longer available new. Sometimes I'll buy a current game used though if it's significantly cheaper. I feel a bit bad that the company won't get my money though, but I forget about it once I start enjoying the game.
Well, when new games are released that I really want like Super Mario, Mario Kart, Kid Icarus, OOT, Star Fox 64 e.t.c I'll pre-order them and get them new. It dosen't really bother me to get them used as long as they pretty much look new, but I suppose it's nice to know it's untouched by anyone else! :)
Also, as when the Original DS was launched I was only about 7 (being 13 now) and I had very little knowledge of games, I wasn't really a proper gamer interested in Release Dates, Latest News, These Forums until about 11, almost all of my DS games are used, as when I was bout 10 I realised how many games I had missed out on and how expensive it was to get them new. I still have hardly any money now.... and i wasted all that on DOA!!! :(
I usually go with whatever's the cheapest. Used games don't really bug me. Except for the fact that I don't like touching them for some reason, but it's all okay when I get the disc/cartridge into the console.
It depends. If it is a game I know I'll enjoy and it is published by Nintendo, I'll spend a little extra to get it new and guarantee the Club Nintendo coins. If I'm unsure about it, I may wait and get it used (I love GameStop's seven day satisfaction guarantee). However, when I do buy used, it has to have the original box and instruction manual (what, I'm picky).
Question #76: Do you usually buy your games new or used? Does it bug you to buy them used?
Because of my money situation if I do buy a game used I usually get it a few months after its release date and when I find a good deal on said game. If I can find a good deal on a used game I will buy it uses as well. Since I am into buying games for older systems like SNES, Genesis etc. I dont have a choice except to buy used. It doesnt really bother me buying games used as long as they are in working condition.

New. Because I want gamestop to go out of business. Every game you buy from there just remember: someone on the other end got screwed over.

I also prefer to get used games in the original box with the instruction manual but something annoying was when I got Golden sun for the GBA used from Amazon a few months ago, it said that it would come in the original box and with the instruction manual but it just came in a little see through case that could only fit the cartridge in so I had to find a scan of the instruction manual to download off the internet.
I have rented enough games to know how people treat their games and it ain't pretty. I never thought it was that hard to put a game back in it's case but apparently it's pretty difficult.
