You guys know how to convert text to grp? i just scanned the book reader and want to ad my own text.
Just draw dots with character value? Dunno. Depends on the program. Why don't you look at the source code for hints on how the author does it?

I thought you wher only ganna ad 3 Layer's (Even that might take some time though) Pluse you will probbly have to re-implement Jumping. (May i suggest putting the chat on the bottom gui and swich jump to "Y".)

So, the colors screwed up, the character looks like a dude with a raincoat holding a sword...
I tested it, running SPU1 for the color, using SPSET, and putting the last number as 1. And it gives me the wrong colors.
I also tried moving it so I could see the sprite without an OK covering it, but it accuses my code as

@slayer now that I have fixed the VISIBLE problem, I'm seriously considering moving chat to the bottom screen, and maybe AI chatting. It'd also free up the Y button.

Say, that IS ingenious! Two button controls would be perfect. I'm not very fond of touch screen controls anyway. Exception for The World Ends With You. But that annoys me in most games, strict button control games are cool, but I like games with two options.
My reasoning for this is because I ALWAYS lose the stylus to my DSi!

@607jf L & R buttons are similar to those of right click and left click on a PC. Maybe those can be preserved and the hotbar be on the bottom screen?

Yeah actually. Similar to the layout on Call of Duty MW3 Defiance and Black Ops for DS. A B X and Y are looking around, right trigger shoots, and left trigger zooms. D-pad moves. Great button layout for the people who try to avoid the touch screen unless it's under the circumstances of TWEWY or Ace Attorney.
Or other games... I just really like those two...

That's an awsome idea! Also L&R should swich Items in Hotbar! (If ones ever made that is.)
But then what'd be left and right? Also, I GUARANTEE that a hotbar will be added!
Facepalm forgot ok, i think on the touch controlls L&R is Hot-bar since your useing the touch screen as Left and Right. and the button mode should have "Y" as jump and Hot-bar/Items and chat button on the touch screen and for touch screen mode a jump button (When jump is re-implemented.
