You don't really need to timeskip to plant flowers and trees, you can get them in bulk for free in island tours (butterfly catching is the best one).

I like to grow them from small. I usualy don't buy trees from the island though.

Ohohoho Miranda is moving to my town and her house will right next to Derwin's, they're perfectly aligned together and about 2 or 3 tiles away from each other, they'll be a good source of gossip between my other animals.

It's not my first same species couple though, I already have two gorillas in town, and the female one is also 100% pink lol.

Now that I think about it the only female in my town that is not completely pink is Astrid, wow.

So how did people get the insect furniture? I won and got the trophy, but no special insect peices.

Yes, you have to consistently beat the scores.
