There are a number of physical video game distributors who have made a name for themselves during the Switch generation and one of them is Limited Run Games. Following in the footsteps of EA and Devolver Digital, the company has now confirmed its own plans for E3 2019 via Twitter.
Once again, Limited Run will be hosting a pre-recorded press conference. At last year's parody show, the physical specialist announced 18 titles across multiple platforms including the Nintendo Switch. So, if you're looking for a laugh and a lot smaller indie game announcements, this one will be worth keeping an eye out for.
Some of the company's past physical releases on the Switch include the likes of Yooka-Laylee, Celeste and Shantae and the Pirate's Curse. When more information is shared about this upcoming conference, we'll be sure to let you know. In the meantime, take a look at the company's E3 2018 conference, to get an idea of what you can expect.

I saw the owner posted something about Vita? I'm sure they will talk about Switch games as those are selling very well. Vita owners may get a few treats, too.
Fingers crossed for physical Hollow Knight. Would also be nice to hear more about Outlast I & II physical versions they already confirmed.
How does this even qualify as a press conference? Let's announce already released games again just this time in limited form? That's like saying a big mac with 3 patties but only at this particular McDonalds.
I love the concept of limited run, but I just haven’t wanted to buy these for an arm and leg yet. I love the box art for Thimbleweed Park, but now scalpers are charging 80-120 bucks for the game. Hopefully they can produce a bit more in the future for those who didn’t jump on it initially, but I doubt that will happen.
@KryptoniteKrunch Outlast 1&2 are already shipped. I have my copies in hand.
Looks like I'll be buying a lot more physical switch games
@Nintendudesid Three patties? Man I need that now, where can I preorder from? Tell me dood, I don’t want to pay scalped prices later on.
@Nintendofan83
If they're going to announce any Vita games in this E3 press conference of theirs, it'll be the last they'll announce due to Vita production having ended.
Any Vita games they'll be selling from now on will be those they already have in-hand.
@RupeeClock The end of the Vita may be part of the reason why they want media attention. They may be hoping for a final run on sales. However, I saw recently on Twitter that the company has had a hard time getting Vita cartridges long before this announcement. I can't imagine they will be doing much more. Switch on the other hand. I expect a lot of announcements there.
@Nintendofan83
Switch has been a big success for LRG, they get several thousand pre-orders for most titles, and expanded to getting items on Best Buy shelves.
I'm hoping for some really cool or big announcements during E3, like physical versions of Hollow Knight, Night in the Woods, Freedom Planet, even little things like A Robot Named Fight!
@MotionMan wow I’m in NY - didn’t get mine yet! Maybe this week...🤔
Their conference was over 2 hours long!? How the heck did I miss it last year?
@NintendoFan4Lyf I mean it is called 'Limited Run'. The idea is to give people a chance to get a game a publisher didn't want to invest the money to make physical stock for . It's mostly for people who put their feet down and scream that there isn't physical release (That happened when I was at a con once) more so then a market for scalpers. The scalpers only show up because they know morons will rather pay an inflated price for a physical piece of plastic.
