Nintendo's 'Nindie Showcase' not only had its share of timed and full exclusives, but also demonstrated that Nintendo's support of Indie devs is drawing in projects originally produced with PCs and other consoles in mind. Kingdom: Two Crowns by Raw Fury was included today, and looks like another stylish download game due to come this year.
It's all about managing your kingdom, making tough decisions on whether to protect your people or go the other way. Nintendo also got to show off the co-op mode in its showcase, and Raw Fury released a separate extended trailer, below.
We'll keep an eye on this one ahead of its release later this year.

Very much into this art style. I'll look out for reviews but another one to add to the quickly growing Pile O' Consideration.
I love management sims. Be it a sports team or a kingdom, I just want to be the lady in charge! So I shall likely pick this up.
I dig the graphics and hopefully the play through is good. I'll look forward to the review.
Love this game!
I've played the heck out of Kingdom and Kingdom: New Lands. They've got my support!
Hopefully, I can convince my wife to play this with me too!
@Captain_Gonru Your hand is stroking the wallet?
There are so many amazing-looking indie titles coming to the Switch. I guess I can't complain about a poor launch lineup with such a steady stream going through summer!
Nice.
@Captain_Gonru i believe a good word would be... Intrigued?
I'm intrigued too.
Won't say I'm buying for sure, but I'm open to being sold on it.
YES! One of my first comments on this site was my desire for mature games like Kingdom. Despite the art style, it's not your typical 8 bit throwback title. I had tons of fun with it on PC and I hope to see more titles along the lines of this game.
@Captain_Gonru i really liked My Life as King too. We need more games like that.
I remember when this game was in development. Read a really great interview with the designer. So glad forward thinking software already has a home on the Switch.
@Octoling Before this video we knew of 13 launch tiles.
@Ryu_Niiyama Yep, that's how I feel as well.
I'm most likely getting this.
Sounds like every phone game ever, never the less looks fun
I want to know more details. Waiting for reviews.
Wow, looks not half bad
(i.e. it's amazing for those of you who aren't accustomed to British subtleties of language)
