Nintendo's Official UK Store Opens Pre-Orders for the Nintendo Classic Mini NES

Of course Nintendo's UK store. Why did I have to be born in a country with microsoft as the most popular thing since sliced bread!? You can't complain about Nintendo not making a good American store when there are millions of haters who would make it impossible. >.<

I don't have a nes in my collection so I'll buy one but I'm not on any rush TBH. It's really not something I'd play much. I already have most of the classics on the vc!

I got my preorder in earlier today for the set with the Mario plush and an extra controller.

It's REALLY stupid and annoying, as well as being a sneaky hidden extra cost, that the UK version of this doesn't come with a power adaptor.

@buildz it sure is. I really wished intendo of America what do these fun things, they probably will but it will only be if you go in person to New York, I'm sorry I live in Texas and I plan on never setting foot in New York my entire life LOL

I definitely wouldn't preorder a device like this without knowing what the input lag and overall emulation is like. Those multi game Mega Drive units were terrible, and a lot of VC games have noticeably laggy controls. As pretty much all games included are side scrollers, this is kind of a big deal....

I've already pre-ordered with Amazon and Game, I really hope that neither screws up.I would like two: one to use and one to keep sealed. I pre-ordered a controller from Nintendo UK store,. I have pre-ordered 3 controllers from 3 different websites.

As I said in another post, I think Nintendo will probably release an official plug for this. If they don't game could and often do sell third party equipment.

@samuelvictor Nintendo charge at dispatch (usually three days before the release date).

I imagine the emulation will be good on this, it is a Nintendo product after all. even though its a cheap machine I cant imagine they'll release something below par.

@rjc-32 I was always under the impression that the lag on retro Vc/re-release games was kept the same as the original? ie - so players of the original would have the exact same experience!?!

Anybody know when NOA pre-orders will go live?? I've been looking but haven't seen anything yet.

@Pj1 I have pre-ordered two of these as well as I think that it may be a highly sought-after item eventually.
When this is released, my sealed version of this item is going in the storage area with my sealed Fire Emblem Fates: Special Edition.
