This is pretty much my answer.
Assuming the Wii U actually has decent games. But I'm at the point where there's not much I wouldn't trade my Wii for. The main thing holding me back is all the money I've spent downloading old stuff.
I'll sell mine within the family. Once I've transferred all my Virtual Console stuff from Wii to WiiU I'll let my sister and nephew buy it from me along with New Super Mario Bros. Wii (Since I'll be getting New Super Mario Bros. U at launch anyway) and some controllers I don't need.

Unless I can get a discount for trading in the Wii for the Wii U (like they did with the DS to the 3DS), no. Although it is nice that you can transfer downloaded games between the systems. But that wouldn't work if I traded it, because I'd need both systems at the same time to make the transfer. So basically, no.
