I play GameCube games regular. We play the original Pikmin and Mario Sunshine. Resident Evil Remake and Zero are all time faves. I recently wanted to get a new Wii for an additional room. When I found out a new system won't play my GameCube titles as well, I bought a used black one for sixty bucks on my local Craigslist!

I sometimes do, but I don't like it because the graphics are too sharp. You start to get those edge lines on everything and that makes everybody look like a knife. I do play 1080 Avalanche on the Wii and somtimes Mario Kart Double Dash.

I do! I am actually playing through Killer 7 for the first time. The game is pretty...trippy to say the least. Then again, this is a Suda51 game ;) .

But I do also play my back catalog (where Viewtiful Joe STILL gets played to death).

Be kind to yourself and to others.

Honestly after 3 years of having a Wii I only played Donkey Konga 1 & 2. I used to think that I will buy again bunch of my favorite GameCube titles like Zelda: WW, Harvest Moon, Fire Emblem or MGS, but then for a strange reason I didn't do it and I just forgot about the whole idea of re buying them ;/

Component cables for the GCN are hard to come by; the Wii fares much better in that regard, so I can enjoy my old favorites as they were meant to be played.

You may already know this but, if you launch a game and it asks you whether to enable Progressive Scan, that's your clue that the cables should improve the image. In my experience quite a few GameCube games support this feature, although it may not be listed on the box.

Even Animal Crossing supports it which is humorous, because the textures are of such low quality. :P

Ah okay, I couldn't remember if that was the case with Sunshine.

Kind of a subtle difference I guess.
