Try Best Buy maybe? Just be sure to be the first one at the door on Nov. 18. I've heard stories about people pre-ordering stuff from them and then not getting their product. Hell it actually happened to me. I pre-ordered MLB The Show for Vita, got there about mid-afternoon on launch day, but didn't get my copy of the game because they ordered fewer copies of the game than they had pre-orders for it. Makes no sense to me how that happens, but it did. Anyway, good luck finding a place to pre-order the Deluxe bundle, I was told by the people at Gamestop that Nintendo has shut down pre-orders for it at all retailers, but obviously they don't want to tell people 'yeah go to our competitor to pre-order this new console.'
I had to go for the Walmart bundle. My birthday is in January and I wasnt risking a year without a Wii U ( I am as cheap as human wastes right now). The only unnecesary thing in the Walmart bundle is the wii controllwr (which I had 4 of) but I already know who to sell it, because I highly doubt you wont want a Wii U game at launch i you want the Wii U. But if I lived in NORTH America, I would risk going the 18th to a a store
Good Luck going to Best Buy, because I believe they are completely out of preorders. I went to mine today and the associate said they just stopped taking them today.
I got a non-bundled Wii U Deluxe from Walmart. Type in 32 gig "wii u nintendo walmart" on google and scroll down until you see "Nintendo Wii U 32GB Deluxe w/ GamePad & Nintendo Land, Black" on Walmart.com it should still be available

when it comes to game releases stores dont always get enough copies to fill all preorders in the first shipment... it happened with the gears of war collectors edition at the eb i went to... infact i was the last person able to get a copy before the cutoff line... they even showed me the list.. everyone else had to wait till the next shipment.. the thing with consoles is generally stores already know what they are getting ahead of time.. from what i heard only 40 units, 20 deluxe and 20 basic, so stores know what they can do for preorders

I've tried looking recently for that on the site but it appears only the basic console is available there, too.
OP, I'd just try to get there super early like others mentioned.
