@undisocvered7: No. There is no graphic difference. Of course you have a clearer picture of Wii games on HD-TVs with the HDMI cable. And you are able to play them on the GamePad but that makes only sense for the two games above IF you purchased them digitally.
@Chandlero: Ah so the games only look better if theyre the digital version? However, can I use gamepad if theyre the disc version? What exactly is the difference between disc and digital version wii games on the Wii U because i am about to purchase a couple.

No, I never said that.
The games look all the same regardless of playing on Wii or on the WiiU. It doesn't matter if you are playing them digitally or playing them from the disc. They look all the same.
However, for Wii games you need Wii controllers like Wii Remotes, Nunchucks, or classic controllers to play them.
With one exception: If the game supports the classic controller and if you buy it in the eShop, then you can use the GamePad buttons and sticks for playing instead of the classic controller. That is all. And there are only two games that fulfil these conditions at the time of this writing.
I guess the answer for me has to be Xenoblade Chronicles, because it's the only Wii game I own that has full gamepad functionality. I love playing many Wii games on my Wii U (last night I was playing Super Mario All-Stars and Super Mario Strikers Charged) and don't mind reaching for my wiimotes and nunchuck or classic controller, but being able to play only with the gamepad is perfection.
You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
Xenoblade, Galaxies, and also Metroid Prime Trilogy. I never had MPT for the Wii, and I love playing the GC games with Wiimote Controls, MPT for a tenner from the eShop was an absolute steal
Kirby's Return to Dreamland Wii and Cruisin' (disk based), but I also played Twilight Princess & Skyward Sword for the first time on my WiiU with the Wii disks. I never got around to them during the Wii era even though I had them both.
That's not true! The Wii games get upscaled to 1080p on Wii U and the difference is noticeable.
I remember shortly after I had finally finished Skyward Sword after 2,5 years, a friend of mine started it on his Wii U and when we both saw the improved quality of the picture, we simultaneously cheered in joy.
My favourite Wii games that I (would) still play: Skyward Sword, Mario Galaxy 2, Kirby's Return to Dreamland, Tournament of Legends.
If I had to choose one, it would be SS, although that's the only game that I currently don't own for Wii U (sold it with my Wii). It was the most beautiful game on Wii and my all-time favourite Zelda (although it's a close call with Ocarina of Time).

Yes, you are right, but I don't see upscaling as a graphic difference since a good TV does the same job when using an original Wii (with component cable).
@Chandlero: I don't own a TV myself (but a projector instead and my AV-receiver can upscale too).
But from what I know, the upscalers in common TV's aren't really good (unless maybe you have a really expensive high end TV, I don't know). Or they don't even upscale, like the TV of my friend that I mentioned.
It depends on your definition of "a good TV". Most people that I know have a fairly standard TV, so for most people it should make a difference.
Anyway, I think (but I'm not quite sure) that the effect of upscaling should still work better if the console already does it before the signal gets output instead of the TV/receiver upscaling the signal afterwards. Because then the TV/receiver has to deal with an inferior signal while the console already outputs a superior signal. But I'm no expert on this (because I don't have a TV myself), so I'm not a 100% sure.
