Topic: So what should sonics 3rd game should be for the nintendo exclusive

They already put out Sonic Racing on Wii U launch, bro. I guess it could be that air board game, but I kind of doubt it. I would think that Sega wants to to have a variety of different games from the exclusive deal they have with Nintendo.

1. Sonic Lost World - 3D platformer
2. Mario & Sonic - sports game with racing and online modes
3. ?

That's why I'm saying that it would make more sense for Sega to make an RPG or sim game, above all else, but that would be going pretty far off the usual suspected genres. I still wouldn't count it out, though.

Sonic Racing is the main reason why I don't think it will be another racing game. If Sonic Adventure 3 or a sidescrolling game with Sonic happens down the line, it won't be exclusive, but that doesn't mean that Wii U won't get said games outside of this deal.

We've gotten 2 Sonic games based on specific genres:

1. Sports (Mario & Sonic)
2. Platform (Lost World)
3. Racing or RPG???

I sincerely hope Sega doesn't consider Lost World 3DS to be the 3rd exclusive, otherwise there will be a few upset people feeling like they've been lied. to.

Since it wasnt announced along side the two other games i believe two things..

1) Its problably not that major (we gamers are kinda great on getting our hopes up). Since it wasnt announced with the others it feels likely that it can be a sequel or such. Perhaps its a deal for another Mario & Sonic sports-game. Something that we wouldnt hear about at that same point - but merely in the year to come for a November, 2014 release. Perhaps.

2) It seems unlikely that the third game was in development at the time of the announcement. It is problably just another game included in the deal. Perhaps as above - or perhaps they are looking on the sales and reception of Lost World and takes a decision following that.

A Sonic colors Sequel?

Mario & Sonic All Star Racing.

I'd hope for a 3D game. Always more fun than the sidescrollers, at least in my opinion.
