According to IGN Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate has shifted nearly 100,000 units of the game in North America alone since the beginning of November 70,000 for the Wii U, 30,000 for the 3DS! Were you one of those 100,000 people? I was and I'm glad that sales are improving for this incredible Wii U title!
if early december counts my cousin became one of those 100,000 today, though he won't know he's so lucky until christmas.
I'll finally be able to go on a quest with someone else! SO HAPPY!!!!!!! I'll use him as decoy to make my life as a gunner easy

Keep it PG-13-ish.
Well I dont know about anywhere else but my local Target has permanently dropped the price of MHU on the Wii U to $29.99. So if you have a Target in your area you might want to check it out.

It's a great game. I bought it for $60 on the eShop the day it came out. I was sold on the demo(although many weren't, I've read).
I've put around 180 hours into that game, and I still play it pretty often. It has a VERY high replay value if you enjoy the game. I haven't even gotten half of the armors or completed all the missions. People online never always do the quests in the game that you want to do, so that's how I rake in the hours.
The online community is good, and there's about 9 months of free DLC you'd be able to claim at this point.

I am. Could never read half the text on my old flat screen with component cables. You better believe I'm rocking it out now with me new HD TV through HDMI. I don't care how 'old' the graphics are. It's a beautiful and deep game.
My only beef is that it's not really an RPG. I prefer having my character improve over time, without having to rely as much on equipment. Still, it's a must own. Many improvements over the Wii version.
