Haven't had any problems with my gampad and I've had it since december of 2012.

At launch my local Target had a whole row of separate Gamepads for $100 each. My wife works in electronics and had to convince a lot of families that they didn't need one for each kid... In hindsight, I wish I would have snagged a second one when I had the chance with an employee discount.

No issue with mine; just dropped it for the first time yesterday, but no issues thankfully!

Yeah, mine was like that around december last year so I just applied the good old L & R button blowout technique... Has been working fine ever since

I had to send in my GamePad today. I've been contemplating whether it was worth it, for a while... The joystick kept jumping up or down whenever I would move it in basically any direction. If I pushed it down, it would jump 1 or 2 spaces in any direction(mainly up or down) and it effected some of the commands I would give. It was a mix of innacuracy and "skicky" keys. I was kinda bummed, but I'll get it back from Nintendo soon enough. It started having this problem almost right after the warrnty expired, which was the worst part.

I tried everything to get it working, besides taking it apart, so now I'm browsing on my Xbox One with a keyboard. I'm fairly certian this isn't that common of an issue, but it does happen.

Alright thanks guys for all the feedback and support! I ended up using a vacuum cleaner and letting it suck the air out of the analog sticks. Could've been a dust problem. As of now its working fine. If it does act up again i'll try the draining battery method. Thank you all!

Thanks!!! This solved my problem xD

I actually think Nintendo still makes the most durable modern hardware...

My Xbox One controller is already showing more signs of wear and fatigue than the Gamepad, lol

I have analog stick problems all the time. So far I sent in my Game Pad for repair 3 times.

I'M NOT FLAT ON MY FEET, NOW I CLANK AND I SQUEAK
BUT MY VOICE IS THE SAME WHEN I SPEAK
MY HAND LOOKS LIKE ALUMINIUM FOIL
DOES THIS MEAN THAT I NEED A TUNE UP AND A CHANGE OF OIL

I had an issue with my right-analogue stick too. Sent it to Nintendo under warranty and it came back 'repaired' but still exhibiting the same problem. So I sent it back to Nintendo again. They looked at it, said they couldn't find a problem and returned it to me. And it was working normally again. So I never got to find out whether something was stuck inside or what, but it's been fine ever since.

You guys had me at blood and semen.

What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?

My L stick gets stuck as if I'm holding slightly left...
And I've recalibrated it multiple times with the A B + - thing...
Anyone know a good place to buy a replacement?
