Topic: What was your first game?

I would have to say it's between final fight or super street fighter I don't remember.

I've already said, super mario world. But im gonna list my first game played on each console:

I may have a couple wrong but this is from memory

Like with the guy above, the first game I ever played was Donkey Kong for Game Boy

Game Boy: Donkey Kong
SNES: one of the Mario games, i didn't play it that much
Genesis: The Lion King - I was six- don't judge me!
N64: Mario Kart- I played it at my friends house and was super excited when I got 5th place!!!
Playstation: Metal Gear Solid- played it for one day when I was 8, what 8 year old will play a game like this?
GBA: . . . I remember playing the fighting game everyone had but you never went out and bought it- that was the first I played
PS2: The holy introduction to FPS "Medal of Honor: FRONTLINE - one of the greatest games ever made for the FPS genre!
Xbox: Halo - like everyone else
Game Cube: Luigi's Mansion- played it at my friends house which made my bro want to get the system
Nintendo DS: Super Mario 64 DS or the Metroid demo
XBOX 360: Gears of $#%@ing WAR!!!!!! It was the reason I got the xbox, if I didn't get it then- Halo 3 would do it.
Wii: Resident Evil 4- I only own 3 titles for the Wii - RE4, House of the dead 2&3, and Indiana Jones and the staff of Kings. In my opinion the Wii wasn't really for me.
PS3: Uncharted - Uncharted was the reason I got the PS3, I kept the PS3 because I played Uncharted 2, and I broke the PS3 because of Uncharted 3
3DS: Super Street Fighter- the only 3ds game that looked appealing - total time played 45 min
VITA: Uncharted: Golden Abyss - A lame excuse for an Uncharted Game but still and okay story- its hard to top Uncharted 3

Thats all for right now- but there is one console that you never talk about and thats PC- my first PC game was Portal 2- yeah I just got into PC gaming

@sushifreAk, you're so lucky! I wish my parents had got me an SNES. I was born in 1996, but I didn't get my first game system until the Game Boy Advance. I have memories of my cousins' N64 at least.

Born in '95, first game was Super Mario World in '98. Yeah, our family was a bit behind on console generations because of expense. But it meant I got to experience the 16-bit era unlike many my age, so that's something.

It doesn't work anymore though, and an emulator doesn't give me the same amount of awesome as the real thing. I wish I could play it again.
Oh, and I had a PS1, too. Oh the wasted hours playing Crash Bandicoot and Megaman X5 on that wonderful machine...

My first was Pokemon Blue on the Gameboy Color. I was born in 1999.

Born in '83. First system I've ever owned was a Commodor 64. My father used to buy me tapes at the newstand (later I found out they were just pirate copies ehe). Don't remember the titles because I couldn't read — let alone read english. It was probably 86 or 87, around the time my brother was born. It was very hard for me to get that machine to work.
Later in '88/'89 came the Sega Master System with Hang On/Rescue Mission built in.

I was born in '87 and I got my NES when I was 8 years old. It cost £10 and since then, I've done an insane amount of catching up! But thanks to things like Wii's VC etc most of my memories are readily available

Super Mario Bros. for the NES,although technically my sisters had it,so in reality my first game was Pokemon Red for the Gameboy,classic Black & White ^.^

My first game?? Make that....two games. I got the NES Deluxe Set for Christmas in 1985 that came with Gyromite and Duck Hunt. Ahhh....the memories

um.... this is very tough! do you mean the first game i brought or the first game i ever played? anyway, i really don't even remember. XD
