So now my problem is that I have only played two star fox games so does anyone know if the stories of Assault and Command or even adventures make a huge impact on the gameplay aspect? Is it something like Golden sun where you need the other games to fully understand the story? Is it the same case for Metroid as well?
Adventures does as General Pepper doesn't trust Fox using his blaster so he has no weapons until he finds a staff, Command also does but because there are multiple endings, though neither really have the setup of needing to play the previous games. For Assault, a few characters introduced in Adventures return but that doesn't affect the gameplay. In regards to Metroid, the concept of needing to play the previous games are only present with the Prime Trilogy (play 2 after 1 and 3 after 2) and Fusion (Prime 1 and Fusion unlocks bonuses between each other).,

Should Ford focus on power more than fuel economy?
Should Barrett Carpet Mills focus on softness more than durability?
Should Samsung focus on screen size more than screen quality?
Should McDonald's focus on breakfast more than lunch?
Do you realize how ridiculous it is to ask questions like these?
OK first of all McDonald's should put a little more focus on breakfast. Jack in the Box let's me have breakfast anytime I want. Why can't McDonald's serve me some damn hash browns after 10:30am?
