Sucky glitch, CB. Have you been playing long since? Maybe the bounty missions will reset after awhile. Also, there was an update/patch when i started playing this morning, so hopefully they've fixed the various random glitches the game has (which i've thankfully not had happen to me beyond some random graphical and minor collision-detection niggles).
Sadly yes, I've been playing a lot since then. It never resets as long as the wanted poster is in your inventory. I recently unlocked the Mexico areas, and I thought that maybe Mexico would have an independent bounty system from the US. No such luck...the game still thinks I'm looking for this schmoe who no longer exists.
I didn't realize there was a patch...are you on xbox or ps3? If it's xbox, I'll have to get online and see if I can't grab it.
Oh, and about the bounties -- they don't seem to run on independent systems (ie, i don't think you can have more than one going at a time), but there are seperate "tracks" for the bounties -- there's 8 bounties in the New Austin area, 8 in Mexico and 4 in West Elizabeth.
