Not sure if this is a joke, hacked account or what but I just saw this on Twitter and was surprised https://www.gamespot.com/amp-articles/sony-ceo-kaz-hirai-who-...
Kinda of interesting to say the least. I wonder if this is true what it will mean for the PS brand.

@subpopz The move to their mid-range plan. The company changed a lot under Kaz Hirai, almost everything got restructured, they became profitable again. Sony was essentially brought back under his leadership, for what it's worth. The next step is stabilising the company and continuing what they're currently doing now, and that's why he's stepping down. That's the 'juncture' he's talking about I think.
The only thing that concerns me is when looking beyond PS4, a lot of people who made PlayStation what it was, and many who helped turn things around after PS3 are leaving or already have left. Jack Tretton, Adam Boyes, Andy House, now Kaz Hirai. Those are some big losses and from what I've read Hirai has always been the company's biggest supporter of PlayStation, hell that's where he made his name. Hopefully things will transition smoothly but shake ups like this at the top are always a little concerning when things are going so well.
