Topic: Runescape

Does anyone play Runescape?
If so, please give a brief description of you're character (Username, Levels, Combat Level, Goals, etc.)

I've been playing for a while now, I'm a level 85. I usually use melee, not really into the Pure, Mage, and Range classes.
I usually cancel my membership during the school year because I don't have much play time, but during the Summer I usually get it up and going again. In fact, I'm going to get a 90 day membership card for myself tomorrow.

My username is xSWORDFIGHTx right now, I've changed it alot when I was a member, I know It's kinda dumb right now. But I'm going to change it tomorrow, haha. Everyone can add me in game.

Nope. Wasn't fun 5 years ago and it isn't fun now.

I played it for a couple years and then me and my friends quit. It was fun for a while. But it got old....Actually one of my friends went back into it.

I gave it a shot a couple of years ago, got to level 5 and then stopped. The whole thing seemed so weird.

I'm almost lvl 70. Haven't played for a hundreds of years.
The game itself is underrated IMO, but it gets boring quick, as you guys stated above.

I played it for five minutes, thought 'wow this sucks', then I logged off and never returned to that odd game.

I used to love that game. I started about 5 years ago, and quit a couple months later. I went back to it after a bit, and played as a non-member for probably a year or a year and a half. I stopped playing for a while after that, but I eventually went back and became a member for the first time. I played as a member for 6-9 months, got to a combat level somewhere in the 90s, finished a ton of quests, and got 99 Cooking. After my membership ran out, I stopped playing. It was fun, and I'd like to go back, but I won't have a good enough computer for it before I start having no time to play it. Maybe someday...

I'm going to stick up for this game.

I always found it quite fun. I never really had many people to quest with, and if I play it again, it'll have to be as a member (it's chaos going back to your account as a f2per after being a member, with all those members only items clogging up your bank space), but I'm keen to get back into it.

There have been many changes since I last logged on and played consistently, but it's a well made little game. But like most MMORPGs, your experience can be ruined by cheaters and scammers.

Also, I hate to break it to you @ryanthehedgehog , but there is indeed another runescape topic on these forums (albeit wrongly filed under General Discussion), but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and repost my levels from that topic:

I'm in the top million (868,947) in Cooking at level 67, the 300,261st highest rated Smith (level 64 - it's a harder skill to level than it's partner mining), my highest skill is Mining at 72 (my highest ranking at 292,469th in the rankings) and my overall level 837,666th in the table at 1,243 with 6,466,671 experience points in total.
