Good stuff folks, you can start getting your teams ready as soon as you've said you're interested in joining. When they're built, let me know and you'll be added to the player roster. You have until 19th October to get them ready

(Just FYI, the rules are subject to change between now and the 19th, in case something important slipped under the radar. I can't imagine they will, but keep an eye out before then)

They don't do that much, but in the Little Cup, each stat point makes a difference.

Woah, woah, woah. Your rules do not ban Scyther.
He's kind of broken when compared to the rest of Little Cup. 500 base stats is just murderous.
We've got to set up some rules to ban Pokemon like Scyther, Tangela, Misdreavous, Sneasel, Yanma, Murkrown and Meditite. They're just too powerful when compared to others in the tier.

A few rule tweaks, as warned. Pokémon considered Uber in Little Cup are banned, due to being too powerful. These are:

Carvanha, Gligar, Scyther, Sneasel, Tangela, Vulpix, Yanma

The ability Moody is banned, due to its effect of raising a random stat by two levels between every turn.

The items Berry Juice and DeepSeaTooth are banned - Berry Juice restores too much health in Little Cup, DeepSeaTooth is banned, as it gives Clamperl far too much power (outpowers Palkia, according to Smogon)

I hope these rules don't affect too many people's teams.

Meh. There goes Vulpix I'll work it out, though. Glad for some restrictions.

Murkrow and Misdreavous are also crazy powerful for being in the little cup.
