as the resident Xenoblade Chronicles fanboy, I'd like to say a definitive statement about this.

...reading the thread, there's multiple things this topic could actually be about, and I don't care about any of them, other than good luck finding a copy for cheap.

I figured it was Nintendo's way of sort of getting revenge on amazon for doing preorders before it was confirmed :/

My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.

I didn't order at all. I'd rather buy a new game for $60 or buy 12 Virtual Console games than get a game that might be worth nearly $200 in 20 years.

If Prime Trilogy is being restocked at the original price, then I say go for it.
But $90 for xenoblade is a bit ridiculous.

I doubt Trilogy is going for the original prices. They stocked up on used trade-ins, so they're going to sell them at a premium too

Until there is conformation that the copies of Xenoblade Chronicles that Gamestop is selling are actually used copies and not the rumored "May-Or-May-Not-Be-Reprints", my belief is that Gamestop is very close to exercising a monopoly over game sales.
