Topic: Wii U HD About To Die?

I've noticed that my 2 year old WD hard-drive which has worked flawlessly up until now is starting to experience some issues. While playing games on the HD the games freeze periodically for a split second and then skip ahead to current. And loading times have dramatically increased for the games downloaded onto my hard-drive. Do you guys think that my hard-drive might be on the verge of breaking down?

@6ch6ris6: Uh...you do realize that Nintendo won't fix random hard-drives right?
The games work fine on the system memory so it's definitely a hard-drive issue.

Try a different USB cord and port on the WiiU. Also maybe try another HDD if you can to check if it's the WiiU. You can at least determine which thing is having the issue.

Better to be safe than sorry and transfer everything now, lest you lose your save data later.

"Gee, that's really persuasive. Do you have any actual points to make other than to essentially say 'me Tarzan, physical bad, digital good'?"
