E3 is but a few short days away, and promises of surprises and unexpected announcements abound. But what about the really, REALLY weird announcements that will probably never happen? Mother 3 getting localized for NA and EU? A turn-based Metroid RPG? 3D Action Platformer starring Captain Falcon? Nintendo purchasing the rights to Rare's old IPs from Microsoft? What's your most unrealistic E3 announcement that you would love to see?
A new Mega Man game with Metroidvania concepts would be awesome.
Final Fantasy VI 3D, with an art style similar to Bravely Default.
Oh yeah, Miles Edgeworth Investigations 3. Realistic looking 3D sprites from a side perspective during movement, 2D sprites while talking.
A 3D platformer starring captain falcon would be nice, but I'd rather have an F-Zero that's half racing, half open-world beat em up.
Currently bored (while change when I stop being bored)
New F-Zero game like above, during the next big F-Zero grand prix, there's some terrorist plot to blow up Mute City or something and C.Falcon has to find who it is by collecting the bounties and interrogating, whilst at the same time being sure to win in order to stay in the event and remain close to the investigation. Or a prequel; how he went from bounty hunter to world champion!
That's something Nintendo hasn't done before!
I'd love also to see a surprise new Pikmin game! Also a FE game for the WiiU. And Gamecube games for the VC. Or a remake of Eternal Darkness.
I want Konami to magically become a good game publisher/developer again and, among other things, bring the old Suikoden team back together to develop Suikoden VI.
That they were just kidding about the Zelda U delay, that they've been secretly fine-tuning it for 10 years, and that it will be out following their presentation.
