Eternal Darkness HD. I'm not one of those guys obsessed with HD remasters (which I generally don't like that much), but this would make me totally happy cause it would give me a chance to play a game I only played when I was 7 with my dad. But obviously it ain't gonna happen.

I'd say if that were released, it'd bomb if only because of Nintendo's rules regarding YouTube ad revenue on videos of their games. There are tons of YouTubers who'd buy a Wii U for any kind of horror game if they'd make some money off of it. As much as I detest PewDiePie's persona, having your game played by him means your sales will go through the roof.
I don't just want Mother 3, I'd want a whole Mother Collection on the 3DS: Mother 1, 2, and 3 all remade with an art style similar to that of Pokemon Gen VI's games. I'd also be fine if it was just the original NES/SNES/GBA versions, but I'd love to see them in 3D, too.

Why not Wii U :0
The 3DS could have a ported/emulated Mother 1+2+3 with the original graphics (or all remakes with new 2D art), and Wii U could get full 3D remakes of each game. Although I'd rather have Brownie Brown do the art (again). Anyone else remember the original screenshots for Fantasy Life when it was supposed to come out for the DS? The final product even looks like Mother 3 in 3D.
I say 2D for 3DS and 3D for Wii U mainly because unoptimized 3DS games (POKEMON) tend to run at 30FPS in 3D, and it would make Mother 3's rhythm combo system vastly different. It was hard enough at 60FPS on the Game Boy Advance. From my experience playing it on a Micro with headphones, it felt like a 2/3-frame window. It'd either require frame-perfection, or it'd be really dumbed down and easy.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Stories is announced for the New 3DS as the biggest and most ambitious game in the history of Nintendo handhelds and Rockstar Games' handheld titles. The story is set in the rocking 80's and goes into the gritty underworld of drug wars between the Ballas and Grove Street Families that set the tone for the original San Andreas. Several familiar faces from San Andreas and mobsters from Vice and Liberty City reappear in an epic tale that will lead the protagonist across all of San Andreas . And this time, local and online multiplayer is possible in a smaller capacity similar to GTA V. And for a series first, the entire story is playable in 2-player local and online co-op.
