Before, I was neither a hater or supporter of Michael Pacher, and have avoided all discussions around his comments. Now that I've saw a couple episodes of Pach-Attack, I've found him to be a decent enough guy who seems to know what he's talking about, and I don't see the "Nintendo Sucks" attitude a lot of people claim he has (heck, there's even a copy of KI:U sitting behind him).
I'll continue to avoid these discussions, but I do urge everyone to listen to the man himself, to make their opinions on his views, rather than forming opinions around quotes you see on gaming websites (no matter whether it be NL, IGN, Destructoid, or whatever, his quotes will always be out of context).

I'd recommended watching Cr1tikal, the funniest youtuber for me. He plays games and commentates. Do be warned! It's not for the feint of heart! Very vulgar commentary.
I just recent discovered Smosh and Smosh Games on Youtube. I especially like their Thats Why I am single show and their parody videos. If you haven't check them out yet I highly recommend it.

Can someone recommend me some knowledgeable videos on gaming, but without the horrible jokes like most popular channels?
Did You Know Gaming? (DYKGaming) - They're more trivia videos (easter eggs, regional differences, cut content, etc.), but they have built up quite a bit of videos, and have no corny humor.
Easter Egg Hunting (DYKGaming) - This is a newer series, where they reveal every easter egg or area of interest in a particular game, in order of appearance. It's newer, so they don't have that many videos (and they're still working on their first game, Metal Gear Solid), but just like the aforementioned series, it's entertaining with no corny humor.
The Video Game Years (RetrowareTV.com) - Admittedly this has some quirky humor (it's set up like those I love the 80's/90's shows, so that's what you can expect), but they're really well made, and very, very interesting. So far they've done 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, and part one of 1981. With all parts together, each year gets about 40-50 minutes of attention.

I discovered DKYGaming a while ago, but I recommend The Easter Egg Hunter on the channel Chipsturs, similar to DKYG's show, but older and has more episodes.
Lots of censorship here...

Ah, I saw a few of his videos a few months ago, and while good, I prefer the layout & presentation of Did You Know Gaming? more.
They've expanded & went from monthly to weekly recently, so it wouldn't surprise me if they surpassed his number of videos soon.
So far they have:
Super Mario part 1
Super Mario part 2
Super Mario part 3
Pokémon part 1
Pokémon part 2
Pokémon part 3
The Legend of Zelda part 1
The Legend of Zelda part 2
The Legend of Zelda part 3
Final Fantasy part 1
Final Fantasy part 2
Super Smash Bros. part 1
Super Smash Bros. part 2
Sonic the Hedgehog
Megaman
Kirby
Metroid
Goldeneye 007
Crash Bandicoot
Grand Theft Auto
Resident Evil
Star Fox
Banjo Kazooie
Taco Bell (seriously)
And if you'd include Easter Egg Hunting (which is also under their banner):
Also, Machinima looks to have a new series called Pop Up Video Game, offering video game trivia (a là Did You Know Gaming or Cool Bits), in a format inspired heavily by those old "Pop Up Video" music videos. Their first episode is Final Fantasy.

Have you tried Game Theory? It does have some visual jokes, but makes up for it with very scientific and mathematical facts.
