The wouldn't be my favourite games if they were worth making into TV shows or films, because they will forever be better simply as games.
Would you not want to explore the storylines in a linear way of tv rather than having to follow the story in snippets? I loved MGS: Guns of the Patriots game, but would love to see all those cut scenes brought to life in a tv show.
Good games tie the story into the gameplay, and don't have the game awkwardly split into cutscenes for story and gameplay for action. Those games where you get to actually experience the story yourself instead of watching it happen are what make for good stories in games in the first place - the fact that they are interactive.
The ones I might be interesting in are massive in scope. (New Season of Game of Thrones is showing me they cannot handle things well when the scope becomes too big).
