Topic: This is simply outrageous!

You know what's outrageous? The fact that when you click on "Forums" the categories are: General Disscusion, Channels, Off-topic, and About The Site. Well, when you look in the sub-categories "The General Disscusion" forums are under Off-topic INSTEAD of being under the "General Disscusion" category! This is VERY confusing for members. I'm not complaining about it, or saying it needs changed. I just wanted you people to know how I felt (label me outraged!)

I noticed the whole General Discussion nomenclature issue, too.

I agree with Adam.

Not only that but if you have suggestions, ideas, feedback, need help or have problems actually about the site, you can't post them in those forums, you have to e-mail the staff directly otherwise your topic will likely be locked.

@Bass X0: i'm calling BS on that, considering the topics that've wound up locked in that section of the forums were either duplicates, quickly solved (and locked due to the discussion being over), attempting to bring issues of site moderation up for public debate (which, as stated in the Community Rules, are between the user involved and moderation team only), or they devolved into pointlessness or in-fighting.

To explain the one thread of yours I locked, Bass, I asked you to use the Contact Form next time because it was a time-sensitive issue (the game in question was right about to hit iirc) and there's no telling if/when an admin will have the time to check the forums. If you need to get an immediate answer or have fast action instead of being able to sit back and wait a few days/weeks/however long it takes to get something done, always use the Contact Form, because they're sure to see those. You had one other thread locked in that section, and in that case there had already been an announcement about the topic in another section of the forums, which Chicken Brutus linked you toward.
