What does everyone think about the cinema? What better way to find out than by answering the following questions in sequential order that I most certainly aren't going to use as part of my Media Studies homework where I have to get peoples opinions on cinema in the form of a questionnaire. Thanks!

3) How often do you visit the cinema? (Roughly - once a month... once a fortnight... once a year... once every 2-3 months... never...)
4) Why do you visit the cinema? (Social reasons, to see a particular film, with family, just "because")

7) What would make you want to visit the cinema on a more regular basis?

4) Why do you visit the cinema? It is one of the main interests that my girlfriend and I have in common, plus any big budget action blockbuster type movie needs to be experienced with the big screens and raucous sound system.
5) What do you like about the cinema? I love the pre-movie trailers for films that I have not yet heard of.
6) What do you dislike about the cinema? The cost, it is expensive in the U.K.
7) What would make you want to visit the cinema on a more regular basis? Lower pricing and a more consistent set of big screens (it is a lucky dip in our cinema if you get an huge screen or a little, "might as well have stayed at home with my LCD", screen.
8) When you go to the cinema, how much money do you tend to spend on food/popcorn? About £10/ $16 (large popcorn and large coke). If it is a film that I've been looking forward to (like Indiana Jones and Watchmen), we spend £15/$24, because we buy ice cream as well.

4) Why do you visit the cinema? (Social reasons, to see a particular film, with family, just "because") Usually because that's what my friends like to do, so I guess "social reasons". But I will go by myself if there's some film I particularly want to see that no one else does.
5) What do you like about the cinema? I like the whole atmosphere of the cinema (or as we in the states call it, "the movies") especially if I'm on a date or with friends.
6) What do you dislike about the cinema? The ridiculous prices
7) What would make you want to visit the cinema on a more regular basis? Cheaper ticket prices
8) When you go to the cinema, how much money do you tend to spend on food/popcorn? (Roughly) Usually none. My local movie theater charges $9 for a ticket, and I rarely feel like spending more money after that.

4) Combination of social & movie choice. If I think the company is good enough, & have anticipated the movie to a certain degree, I'll go see it.
5)It reminds me of watching movies when I was younger, you can escape for a couple of hours, it gives you something to talk about with a date, the bigger screen.
6)Lots of things, but mainly watching a trailer for a supposedly 'hilarious' movie & being one of the few people not to laugh in the cinema & looking around me with genuine fear.
7)Less people, less commercials, less expensive.

8) I usually try to eat beforehand b/c food prices are ridiculous. If I haven't eaten I will spend like $14 or so on the Nachos/Large soda combo and call that a meal to justify the ridiculous price. If you need an average for your hw, just say $7, because it's maybe like every other time I get food. I also have a moviewatcher card, so if I go to amc, sometimes I get coupons for free popcorn and stuff .

6) What do you dislike about the cinema? Paying 6 dollars for a soda. 5 dollars for a piece of candy. People that can't STFU during the movie. Annoying kids, or even more annoying adults, that keep kicking the back of my chair during the movie.
