you can use sites that make banners like FlamingText.com or Pimp-My-Profile.com thats just some i know

i made one!!!..i spent 16 minutes doing this,
im sorry if i couldnt make the best one!!..but i tried my best

The Tails picture you used is pretty bad plus you stole the image from Nintendo Everything.

No Like Have Tails as he is now holding the remote then Have WR in Bold Orange Letters like on the Top Left Or Bottom Right of the Avatar Maybe they could be Shiny or have like A little glow if thats possible? (This is for an avatar & i'm Using The Tails Banner for my Reviews from now on :3)
