Ah, a classic. This used to be my favorite song from this soundtrack as well.

I know it isn't a song from a Nintendo soundtrack, but it's so well composed

Since I'm about to start playing through Mother 3 again (and hopefully I'll make it to the end this time), I figured I'd post a couple of Mother 3 tracks!

Here are eight of my favorite songs from a very good game (imo) that I recently got to play a few days ago (thanks to my Retro Duo which I bought recently); Jun Ishikawa's music really rocks, and his Alcahest soundtrack is no exception! Too bad it's Japan-only, seeing as I personally found it very fun to play (even if there were bits and pieces of Japanese text, it didn't at all detract from my enjoyment); glad I imported it (my very first Super Famicom import cartridge, which I beat for the first time today)!
You'll have to click on Playlist to find the corresponding video, it turns out

Alcahest - Magma Caverns

Alcahest - Sewers

Alcahest - Prelude

Alcahest - Sky Fortress 1

Alcahest - Outer Underworld

Alcahest - Boss Battle 4

Alcahest - Alcahest (First Form)

Alcahest - Ending 1 & Ending 2

Pretty much everything from Super Mario Galaxy 2.

But ESPECIALLY Freezy Flake. It sounds like a combination of Professor Layton and Animal Crossing music!

Hey, can someone help me identify this song? I found it in a Super Mario World hack and I can't figure it out. (skip to 3:30, that's when the song in question starts playing.)
