Got mine today. Wow, even though I was really expecting it... I'm still surprised about how big it is

And the larger stylus is one of the coolest son-of-a-gun surprises - I thought it would look horrible, but I'm actually going to use it as my main stylus, and put the normal one elsewhere.

Gameboy Micro was released when the DS was already out, so maybe not....

To be honest I do feel like a kid with it. "WOW, THE SCREENS ARE SO BIG" is still my main reaction around 8 hours after I saw it for the first time.
And I need to go to spend a week with a receptionist or something because I cannot get over how cool the 'office pen' Stylus is

I would've got it if you could transfer dsiware, but you can't. Doesn't offer quite enough extra for me. Also, the 3DS is coming.

If the XL had come out at the same time as the dsi standard, I would have deffo got the XL...but alas...

I bought a winered one too 2 weeks ago and I'm really glad with my purchase. I was playing on a Phat before and man, the difference is huge.

I can't wait until wednesday when we will hear more info about the 3DS. I don't really need a new handheld now, but it really depends on the launch games.

I found that after a while you find it is hard to go back to the phat because it makes it hard to imagine playing on the small screen afterwords. I have caught my self thin, "Man I can't believe how small the screen was."

Just wait a year or so after 3DS releases. I bet they'll come out with a 3DS XL.

I highly recommend getting a screen protector by Hori. I put one of those on my well over a year ago, and it's still in great. condition. The one I got with the 'starter pack' showed scratches in a day, but the Hori has held up brilliantly

But I couldn't stand the wait any longer. I love my DSi, and as much as I am going to want a 3DS, I know I'll struggle to see smaller screen size of the 3DS. That is my main reason for not wanting a 3DS. So I ordered the Mario red DSi XL. Can't wait!

You would think the larger pixels would make the graphics look blockier, but I actually haven't really been bothered by it. Unless you're sticking your nose up to the screen, I don't think it really makes that big of a difference.
