Well, if that whole Tegra rumor is true, the 3DS would have a ridiculously stronger CPU, and obviously crudloads more RAM. Even if the 3DS/whatever's-next-DS had only 32MB, it MIGHT still be technically possible, and that's not much of a step up from the DSi's 16MB. It would be pretty insane if Nintendo's next handheld couldn't support flash. o_O

Short answer, almost certainly possible if Adobe+Nintendo agree.

I highly doubt it, but feel free to speculate until Nintendo releases all the hardware specs of the 3DS.
