WarioWare, Inc. (for GBA) is great, i'd definitely reccommend that one. Was that the first WarioWare game (i'm not sure)? My favorite collection of minigames in it are 9-Volt's (if i'm remembering who's who correctly), which are all based on classic (mostly NES) Ninty games. (also, one final parenthetical phrase because parentheses are awesome)
A review is an opinion, but anyway I can't play them for very long at all. Its basically just a large minigame collection; so if you like those and if you like the dsiware version then you would like the other versions. If you happen to be a 3DS ambassador you will get the GBA one before the end of the year aswell.

Warioware Snapped is the only BAD Warioware. All of the other ones are great. (Although this is an opinion.)

Agreed, and that's mainly because of the DSi's crappy camera. All of the other ones are great.

warioware snaped was bad? i never had very many problems with the camera, and asked for warioware D.I.Y for xmas

Oh my goodness, yes. WarioWare Inc. and Twisted! are incredibly addictive and fun; definitely pick those two up if you can find them. Smooth Moves isn't as great but it's still a fun party game, although a part of me believes that Nintendo made it just so they could see how ridiculous they could make Westerners look.
And although I've never played it myself, I've heard nothing but good things about DIY. I keep meaning to buy it for myself.
